Le CCC OD propose à Claire Chesnier d’habiter la galerie blanche avec ses peintures récentes qui sont autant d’espaces, de moments, de réminiscences, de récurrences. Chacune d’elles est un entrelacement de couleurs, de transparences et de clartés apposées couche après couche, à la surface desquelles affleure une partition horizontale des masses. Celle-ci évoque irrésistiblement une ligne d’horizon marquant le point de jonction entre la terre et le ciel. Pour l’un des espaces de la galerie blanche, l’artiste développe également, en collaboration avec Olumee, une nouvelle installation lumineuse qui permettra d’éprouver le temps de sa peinture, mais aussi de découvrir combien son aspect peut être changeant selon les différentes heures du jour.

The CCC OD invites Claire Chesnier to inhabit the white gallery with her recent paintings, which are as many spaces, moments, reminiscences and recurrences. Each is an interweaving of colors, transparencies and brightnesses, applied layer after layer, on the surface of which a horizontal partition of masses emerges. This irresistibly evokes a horizon line marking the junction between earth and sky. In collaboration with Olumee, the artist is also developing a new light installation for one of the spaces in the galerie blanche, allowing visitors to experience the time of his paintings, and to discover how their appearance can change with the different hours of the day.

Das CCC OD schlägt Claire Chesnier vor, die Galerie blanche mit ihren jüngsten Gemälden zu bewohnen, die ebenso viele Räume, Momente, Reminiszenzen und Wiederholungen darstellen. Jedes Bild ist ein Geflecht aus Farben, Transparenzen und Klarheiten, die Schicht für Schicht aufgetragen werden und auf deren Oberfläche sich eine horizontale Teilung der Massen abzeichnet. Diese erinnert unwiderstehlich an eine Horizontlinie, die den Punkt markiert, an dem sich Himmel und Erde verbinden. Für einen der Räume der Weißen Galerie entwickelt der Künstler in Zusammenarbeit mit Olumee eine neue Lichtinstallation, die die Zeit seiner Malerei erfahrbar macht und zeigt, wie sich ihr Aussehen je nach Tageszeit verändern kann.

Het CCC OD heeft Claire Chesnier uitgenodigd om de witte galerie te bevolken met haar recente schilderijen, die zoveel ruimtes, momenten, herinneringen en herhalingen zijn. Elk van hen is een verweving van kleuren, transparanties en helderheden die laag na laag worden aangebracht, op het oppervlak waarvan een horizontale verdeling van massa's ontstaat. Dit doet onweerstaanbaar denken aan een horizonlijn die de overgang tussen hemel en aarde markeert. Voor een van de ruimtes in de galerie blanche ontwikkelt de kunstenaar ook, in samenwerking met Olumee, een nieuwe lichtinstallatie waarmee we de tijd van zijn schilderij kunnen ervaren, maar ook kunnen ontdekken hoe het uiterlijk kan veranderen naargelang de verschillende uren van de dag.

Cada uno de ellos es un entretejido de colores, transparencias y brillos aplicados capa tras capa, en cuya superficie emerge una partición horizontal de masas. Esto evoca irresistiblemente una línea de horizonte que marca la unión entre la tierra y el cielo. Para uno de los espacios de la galerie blanche, el artista también está desarrollando, en colaboración con Olumee, una nueva instalación luminosa que nos permitirá experimentar el tiempo de su pintura, pero también descubrir cómo puede cambiar su aspecto según las distintas horas del día.

Ognuno di essi è un intreccio di colori, trasparenze e luminosità applicate strato dopo strato, sulla cui superficie emerge una partizione orizzontale di masse. Questa evoca irresistibilmente una linea d'orizzonte che segna la congiunzione tra terra e cielo. Per uno degli spazi della Galerie Blanche, l'artista sta inoltre sviluppando, in collaborazione con Olumee, una nuova installazione luminosa che ci permetterà di sperimentare il tempo del suo dipinto, ma anche di scoprire come il suo aspetto possa cambiare a seconda delle diverse ore del giorno.
