Deux braqueurs amateurs, pas vraiment taillés pour le grand banditisme, creusent un tunnel pour atteindre une banque…mais atterrissent au beau milieu d’un théâtre, face à un public qui attend un spectacle… Sauf que quand on n’a ni plan B, ni neurones, tout part (très) vite en vrille. Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, un négociateur au bord du burn-out débarque pour « gérer la situation »… à sa façon : maladroit, bavard, un brin lunaire, mais persuadé d’être l’homme de la situation. Ce trio improbable embarque alors tout le monde dans une comédie déjantée, où chaque tentative de reprendre le contrôle ne fait qu’empirer les choses ! Und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, taucht auch noch ein Verhandlungsführer am Rande des Burnouts auf, der die Situation auf seine Weise "managen" soll: ungeschickt, geschwätzig, ein bisschen launisch, aber überzeugt davon, der richtige Mann für die Situation zu sein. Dieses unwahrscheinliche Trio nimmt alle mit in eine verrückte Komödie, in der jeder Versuch, die Kontrolle wiederzuerlangen, die Dinge nur noch schlimmer macht! Ma quando non si ha un piano B e non si hanno cellule cerebrali, le cose vanno (molto) male (molto) velocemente. E come se non bastasse, a "gestire la situazione" arriva un negoziatore sull'orlo del burn-out, a modo suo: goffo, chiacchierone, un po' lunatico, ma convinto di essere l'uomo giusto per questo lavoro. Questo improbabile trio porta tutti in una corsa sfrenata, dove ogni tentativo di riprendere il controllo non fa che peggiorare le cose! Tra equivoci, regolamenti di conti nel cortile della scuola, confessioni intime e Johnny Hallyday in mezzo a tutto questo, tutto si combina per rendere questa rapina mal riuscita un momento indimenticabile, sia per i rapinatori che per gli ostaggi!
