La Barroise se transforme en véritable temple du goût à l’occasion de la 1ère édition du Salon de la Gastronomie ! Près de 40 exposants, dont la grande majorité issus du territoire, feront découvrir leurs produits, leurs créations et leur passion. Truffes, miel, pâtisseries, bières artisanales, vins, planches à partager et bien d’autres délices vous y attendent. Au cœur du salon, une cuisine éphémère accueillera chefs, apprentis et acteurs locaux pour des démonstrations culinaires retransmises en direct sur écran géant. Et pour une ambiance encore plus gourmande, des concerts en live, et des animations pour enfants rythmeront ce week-end ainsi que la présence exceptionnelle de Noémie Honiat, cheffe passionnée et finaliste de Top Chef, le dimanche ! Nearly 40 exhibitors, the vast majority of them local, will be showcasing their products, their creations and their passion. Truffles, honey, pastries, craft beers, wines, sharing boards and many other delights await you. At the heart of the show, an ephemeral kitchen will welcome chefs, apprentices and local players for culinary demonstrations broadcast live on a giant screen. And for an even more gourmet atmosphere, live concerts and children?s entertainment will punctuate the weekend, as will the exceptional presence of Noémie Honiat, passionate chef and Top Chef finalist, on Sunday!
