Vignoble Dauny – Crézancy-en-Sancerre

La famille Dauny est une vieille famille vigneronne de la région de Sancerre qui cultive la vigne sur les coteaux réputés de Champtin depuis 1683. Benoit et Thibaut Dauny représentent la douzième génération de vignerons C'est en 1964 que le vignoble a été entièrement reconverti en Agriculture Biologique. Le but étant d'améliorer la fertilité des sols à long terme et d'éliminer de nombreuses formes de pollution et de fournir aux consommateurs un produit sain, naturel et équilibré, complément d'une bonne alimentation. Nos vins proviennent donc de vignes cultivées sans engrais chimique, sans désherbant, sans insecticide ou acaricide, sans fongicide de synthèse.

The Sancerre vineyard represents 2600 hectares of Sauvignon for the whites and Pinot Noir for the reds and rosés. The Dauny family is an old winemaking family from the Sancerre region who have been cultivating vines on the famous slopes of Champtin since 1683. Nicole and Christian Dauny represent the twelfth generation and the thirteenth is their sons Benoît and Thibaut. In 1964, the vineyard was entirely converted to Organic Agriculture. The aim was to improve the long-term fertility of the soil, eliminate many forms of pollution and provide consumers with a healthy, natural and balanced product. Our wines therefore come from vines grown without chemical fertilisers, weed killers, insecticides or acaricides, fungi, etc

Das Weinbaugebiet Sancerre umfasst 2600 Hektar, auf denen die Rebsorten Sauvignon für Weißwein und Pinot Noir für Rotwein und Rosé angebaut werden. Die Familie Dauny ist eine alteingesessene Winzerfamilie aus der Region Sancerre, die seit 1683 auf den berühmten Hängen von Champtin Wein anbaut. Nicole und Christian Dauny repräsentieren die zwölfte Generation und die dreizehnte wird von ihren Söhnen Benoît und Thibaut geführt. Nicole en Christian Dauny vertegenwoordigen de twaalfde generatie en de dertiende wordt verzekerd door hun zonen Benoît en Thibaut. In 1964 werd de wijngaard volledig omgeschakeld naar biologische landbouw.
