La Limousine s'adapte bien au contrefort du Lévézou elle est assez rustique et valorise bien les pâturages et c'est un animal ayant une grande qualité bouchère.
Thierry et Francine élèvent leurs vaches toute l'année à 700 mètres d'altitude sur le Parc Natural Régional des Grands Causses et leur viande est de label BIO.
