Au delà du mode de production biologique, ils essayent d'être le plus économe possible en eau, en énergie fossile (très peu d'arrosage, réduction du travail du sol, peu de plastique agricole ni de mécanisation). Ils utilisent des variétés non hybrides en privilégiant toujours la qualité gustative. Leurs productions incluent de nombreuses plantes anciennes ou de l'autre bout du monde pour une offre extrêmement diversifiée. Vente à la ferme uniquement sur rendez-vous et sur les marchés de Saint Gaudens le jeudi matin et de l'Isle-Jourdain le samedi matin.

Beyond the organic production method, they try to be as economical as possible with water and fossil energy (very little watering, reduced tillage, little agricultural plastic or mechanization). Oltre alla produzione biologica, cercano di essere il più possibile parsimoniosi con l'acqua e i combustibili fossili (pochissima irrigazione, lavorazione ridotta del terreno, poca plastica agricola o meccanizzazione). Utilizzano varietà non ibride, puntando sempre sulla qualità del gusto. Le loro produzioni includono molte piante antiche o provenienti dall'altro capo del mondo, per un'offerta estremamente diversificata. Vendita in azienda solo su appuntamento e presso i mercati di Saint Gaudens il giovedì mattina e di Isle-Jourdain il sabato mattina.
