Guillemot-Michel – Clessé

Domaine familial pionnier du Bio et de la Biodynamie (certifié depuis 1992), situé à Quintaine au cœur du Viré-Clessé, nous cultivons 6,5ha de vieilles vignes de Chardonnay avec une attention particulière portée à l’environnement, la biodiversité et la vie des sols. Nous pratiquons la phytothérapie grâce à notre jardin de simples, des vendanges manuelles et une vinification la plus naturelle possible, sans autre intrant qu’un peu de soufre. Nous distillons nos propres eaux-de-vie au feu de bois.

A pioneering family estate in organic and biodynamic viticulture (certified since 1992), located in Quintaine in the heart of Viré-Clessé, we cultivate 6.5ha of old Chardonnay vines with particular attention to the environment, biodiversity and soil life. We practice phytotherapy thanks to our garden of simple plants, manual harvesting and the most natural vinification possible, with no other input than a little sulphur. We distill our own brandies over a wood fire.

Das Familienweingut, ein Pionier der Bio- und Biodynamik (seit 1992 zertifiziert), liegt in Quintaine im Herzen von Viré-Clessé. Wir bewirtschaften 6,5 ha alte Chardonnay-Reben und achten dabei besonders auf die Umwelt, die Biodiversität und das Bodenleben. Wir praktizieren Phytotherapie dank unseres Gartens mit einfachen Pflanzen, manueller Weinlese und einer möglichst natürlichen Weinbereitung, bei der außer ein wenig Schwefel keine weiteren Zutaten verwendet werden. Wir destillieren unsere eigenen Branntweine über dem Holzfeuer.

Als pionierend familiedomein in biologische en biodynamische wijnbouw (gecertificeerd sinds 1992), gelegen in Quintaine in het hart van Viré-Clessé, cultiveren wij 6,5ha oude Chardonnay-wijngaarden met bijzondere aandacht voor het milieu, de biodiversiteit en het bodemleven. Wij passen fytotherapie toe dankzij onze tuin met eenvoudige planten, handmatige oogst en een zo natuurlijk mogelijke vinificatie, met geen andere input dan een beetje zwavel. We distilleren onze eigen eaux-de-vie boven een houtvuur.

Finca familiar pionera en viticultura ecológica y biodinámica (certificada desde 1992), situada en la Quintaine en el corazón de Viré-Clessé, cultivamos 6,5ha de viñas viejas de Chardonnay con especial atención al medio ambiente, la biodiversidad y la vida del suelo. Practicamos la fitoterapia gracias a nuestro jardín de plantas sencillas, la cosecha manual y la vinificación más natural posible, sin más aporte que un poco de azufre. Destilamos nuestros propios aguardientes sobre un fuego de leña.

Pratichiamo la fitoterapia grazie al nostro giardino di piante semplici, alla raccolta manuale e alla vinificazione più naturale possibile, senza altro apporto che un po' di zolfo. Distilliamo le nostre acquaviti sul fuoco a legna.
