Gaec de l'alliance – Kirschnaumen

Le Groupement Agricole d’Exploitation en Commun (GAEC) "L'Alliance" a été créé en 1983. Géré par Martine Cordel, il regroupe aujourd’hui 6 associés : la famille Cordel, Michel Kieffer, Denis Weber, Guy Entinger et Francis Augustin répartis sur 5 fermes et 800 hectares. Le GAEC a une production polyculture, d'élevage (lait, viande, céréales, dans le respect des animaux et du sol, les animaux sont nourris sans OGM. Les produits de la ferme sont vendus en circuit court dans le magasin "l'Ayotte", mais aussi dans les drive fermiers de Sierck-les-Bains et de Metz. L'agricultrice élève ses animaux et les nourris sans OGM, à partir de produits issus de l'exploitation, en agriculture de conservation, dans le respect des animaux et du sol. Résolument tournées vers l'avenir, le GAEC est doté d'un système de méthanisation (transformation de la matière organique en énergie).

The GAEC has a polyculture production, breeding (milk, meat, cereals, in the respect of the animals and the ground, the animals are fed without GMO. The products of the farm are sold in short circuit in the store "l'Ayotte", but also in the drive farmers of Sierck-les-Bains and Metz. The farmer raises her animals and feeds them without GMOs, using products from the farm, in conservation agriculture, respecting the animals and the soil. Resolutely turned towards the future, the GAEC is equipped with a methanization system (transformation of organic matter into energy).

Sie wird von Martine Cordel geleitet und umfasst heute 6 Partner: die Familie Cordel, Michel Kieffer, Denis Weber, Guy Entinger und Francis Augustin, die auf 5 Höfen und 800 Hektar verteilt sind. Die GAEC betreibt eine Mischkulturproduktion mit Viehzucht (Milch, Fleisch, Getreide), bei der die Tiere und der Boden respektiert werden. Die Tiere werden ohne GVO gefüttert. Die Produkte des Hofes werden über den kurzen Vertriebsweg im Laden "l'Ayotte", aber auch in den Drive Fermiers in Sierck-les-Bains und Metz verkauft. Die Landwirtin hält ihre Tiere und füttert sie ohne GVO, mit Produkten aus dem eigenen Betrieb, in konservierender Landwirtschaft, mit Respekt für die Tiere und den Boden. Die GAEC ist entschieden zukunftsorientiert und verfügt über eine Biogasanlage (Umwandlung von organischem Material in Energie).

Het wordt geleid door Martine Cordel en telt nu 6 partners: de familie Cordel, Michel Kieffer, Denis Weber, Guy Entinger en Francis Augustin, verdeeld over 5 boerderijen en 800 hectare. De GAEC heeft een polycultuur productie, fokken (melk, vlees, granen, in het respect van de dieren en de grond, de dieren worden gevoederd zonder GGO. De producten van de boerderij worden in een kort circuit verkocht in de winkel "Ayotte", maar ook in de boerderijritten van Sierck-les-Bains en Metz. De boerin fokt haar dieren en voedt ze zonder GGO's, met producten van de boerderij, in behoudslandbouw, met respect voor de dieren en de bodem. De GAEC is resoluut op de toekomst gericht en is uitgerust met een methanisatiesysteem (omzetting van organisch materiaal in energie).

El GAEC tiene una producción de policultivo, la cría (leche, carne, cereales, en el respeto de los animales y el suelo, los animales son alimentados sin OMG. Los productos de la granja se venden en un circuito corto en la tienda "Ayotte", sino también en las unidades de granja de Sierck-les-Bains y Metz. La ganadera cría a sus animales y los alimenta sin OGM, utilizando productos de la granja, en una agricultura de conservación, respetando a los animales y al suelo. La BCAM está decididamente orientada hacia el futuro y está equipada con un sistema de metanización (transformación de la materia orgánica en energía).

La BCAA ha una produzione a policoltura, allevamento (latte, carne, cereali, nel rispetto degli animali e del terreno, gli animali sono nutriti senza OGM. I prodotti dell'azienda sono venduti in un circuito breve nel negozio "Ayotte", ma anche nelle fattorie di Sierck-les-Bains e Metz. La contadina alleva i suoi animali e li nutre senza OGM, utilizzando i prodotti della fattoria, in un'agricoltura conservativa, nel rispetto degli animali e del suolo. La BCAA è decisamente rivolta al futuro ed è dotata di un sistema di metanizzazione (trasformazione della materia organica in energia).
