Geoffrey « l’Alchimiste » vous fera partager son univers à travers des mélanges étranges et surtout uniques grâce aux ingrédients 100 % naturels et biologiques dont nous disposons à la ferme. Un savoir-faire qui se construit et se développe au gré des expériences. La Ferme de l’Alchimiste, c’est une étroite collaboration, dans nos bois d’une quinzaine d’hectares, avec la maîtresse des lieux, Dame Nature. Elle nous fait de merveilleux cadeaux auxquels nous ajoutons une petite touche de magie. En effet, Geoffrey a trouvé un procédé unique en France pour garder la sève fraîche toute l’année et ainsi profiter de ses bienfaits à volonté sans la pasteuriser. C’est pourquoi le fil rouge de notre travail est : « De la nature à votre corps ».

The farm?s 2 betuliculturists, Béatrice and Geoffrey, take particular care in harvesting, preserving and processing birch sap. It's a close collaboration with Mother Nature. Die beiden Birkenbauern des Hofes, Béatrice und Geoffrey, legen besonderen Wert auf die Ernte, Konservierung und Verarbeitung des Birkensaftes. Es ist eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Herrin des Hauses, Mutter Natur. Sie macht uns wunderbare Geschenke, denen wir einen Hauch von Magie verleihen. Deshalb lautet der rote Faden unserer Arbeit: "Von der Natur in Ihren Körper". Dieser seltsame Zauberer, Geoffrey "der Alchimist", stellt seltsame und vor allem einzigartige Mischungen aus 100 % natürlichen und biologischen Zutaten her, die wir auf unserem Hof verwenden. Ein Know-how, das sich im Laufe seiner Experimente aufbaut und weiterentwickelt. Er versucht, probiert, innoviert und lässt seine Welt durch seine Kräutertees und seine Seife, aber auch durch seine Tees mit anderen teilen. De 2 betuliculturisten van de boerderij, Béatrice en Geoffrey, besteden veel zorg aan het oogsten, bewaren en verwerken van berkensap. Het is een nauwe samenwerking met de meesteres van het domein, Moeder Natuur. Ze geeft ons prachtige geschenken waaraan wij een vleugje magie toevoegen. Daarom is het thema van ons werk: "Van de natuur naar je lichaam". Deze vreemde magiër, Geoffrey 'de Alchemist', creëert vreemde en vooral unieke mengsels met de 100% natuurlijke en biologische ingrediënten die we op de boerderij hebben. Zijn knowhow is opgebouwd en ontwikkeld door te experimenteren. Hij probeert, proeft, innoveert en deelt zijn wereld door middel van zijn infusies en zepen en zijn theeën. Este extraño mago, Geoffrey "el Alquimista", crea mezclas extrañas y sobre todo únicas utilizando los ingredientes 100% naturales y orgánicos que tenemos en la granja. Su saber hacer se construye y desarrolla a través de la experimentación. Prueba, degusta, innova y comparte su mundo a través de sus infusiones y jabones, así como de sus tés. Sus papilas gustativas quedarán maravilladas y le pedirán un segundo o tercer sorbo.
