This artisanal butcher's shop, well located at the exit of Alzonne, in the direction of Toulouse, has been installed in the village for four generations. Regularly awarded at the "Aude gourmande" competition, it also offers preserves, salted meats and regional products. Diese handwerklich arbeitende Metzgerei mit Wurstwaren, die gut an der Ausfahrt von Alzonne in Richtung Toulouse gelegen ist, ist seit vier Generationen im Dorf ansässig.
