Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard – Mantry

Aujourd’hui le domaine exploite 11 hectares de vignes dispersé sur trois appellations : Château-Chalon (vin jaune) surface 0.70 ares, L’Etoile surface 2 hectares, Côtes du Jura (rouge et blanc) surface 8ha 30, nous produisons également du Crémant du Jura, ainsi que du Macvin du Jura et du Vin de Paille. Le Domaine est réparti sur différents terroirs : argiles, marnes, bancs de calcaire. Ces terroirs jurassiens sont déterminants pour l'obtention du goût caractéristique des Vins du Jura. Notre fils Mathieu nous a rejoint en 2017 et nous avons embauché une salariée. Nous avons toujours été soucieux du respect de l'environnement et nous nous sommes engagés à convertir le domaine en Agriculture Biologique, à partir de cette année 2020.

Today the estate exploits 11 hectares of vines spread over three appellations: Château-Chalon (yellow wine) area 0.70 ares, L'Etoile area 2 hectares, Côtes du Jura (red and white) area 8ha 30, we also produce Crémant du Jura, as well as Macvin du Jura and Vin de Paille The estate is spread over different terroirs: clay, marl, limestone banks. These Jura terroirs are decisive in obtaining the characteristic taste of Jura wines. Our son Mathieu joined us in 2017 and we hired an employee. We have always been concerned about respect for the environment and are committed to converting the estate to Organic Farming, starting this year 2020.

Heute bewirtschaftet das Weingut 11 Hektar Weinberge, die sich auf drei Appellationen verteilen: Château-Chalon (Vin jaune) Fläche 0,70 Ar, L'Etoile Fläche 2 Hektar, Côtes du Jura (rot und weiß) Fläche 8,30 Hektar. Wir produzieren auch Crémant du Jura sowie Macvin du Jura und Vin de Paille (Strohwein). Das Weingut ist auf verschiedene Terroirs verteilt: Lehm, Mergel, Kalksteinbänke. Diese jurassischen Terroirs sind entscheidend für den charakteristischen Geschmack der Juraweine. Unser Sohn Mathieu ist 2017 zu uns gestoßen und wir haben eine Angestellte eingestellt. Wir waren schon immer um den Umweltschutz bemüht und haben uns verpflichtet, das Weingut ab diesem Jahr 2020 auf biologischen Anbau umzustellen.

Vandaag heeft het domein 11 hectare wijngaarden verdeeld over drie appellations: Château-Chalon (gele wijn) gebied 0,70 are, L'Etoile gebied 2 hectare, Côtes du Jura (rood en wit) gebied 8ha 30, we produceren ook Crémant du Jura, en Macvin du Jura en Vin de Paille Het Domaine ligt verspreid over verschillende terroirs: klei-, mergel- en kalkbanken. Deze Jura terroirs zijn bepalend voor het verkrijgen van de karakteristieke smaak van Jura wijnen. Onze zoon Mathieu is in 2017 bij ons gekomen en we hebben een medewerker aangenomen. Wij zijn altijd begaan geweest met het respect voor het milieu en hebben ons ertoe verbonden het landgoed om te schakelen naar biologische landbouw, te beginnen in 2020.

En la actualidad, la finca cuenta con 11 hectáreas de viñedo repartidas en tres denominaciones: Château-Chalon (vino amarillo) superficie de 0,70 áreas, L'Etoile superficie de 2 hectáreas, Côtes du Jura (tinto y blanco) superficie de 8ha 30, también producimos Crémant du Jura, así como Macvin du Jura y Vin de Paille El Domaine se extiende por diferentes terruños: arcilla, marga y bancos de piedra caliza. Estos terruños del Jura son decisivos para obtener el sabor característico de los vinos del Jura. Nuestro hijo Mathieu se unió a nosotros en 2017 y contratamos a un empleado. Siempre nos hemos preocupado por el respeto al medio ambiente y nos hemos comprometido a convertir la finca en agricultura ecológica, a partir de 2020.

Oggi la tenuta dispone di 11 ettari di vigneto suddivisi in tre denominazioni: Château-Chalon (vino giallo) area 0,70 are, L'Etoile area 2 ettari, Côtes du Jura (rosso e bianco) area 8ha 30, produciamo anche Crémant du Jura, oltre a Macvin du Jura e Vin de Paille Il Domaine si estende su diversi terroir: argilla, marna e banchi di calcare. Questi terroir del Giura sono decisivi per ottenere il gusto caratteristico dei vini del Giura. Nel 2017 è arrivato nostro figlio Mathieu e abbiamo assunto un dipendente. Siamo sempre stati attenti al rispetto dell'ambiente e ci siamo impegnati a convertire la tenuta all'agricoltura biologica, a partire dal 2020.
