DOMAINE D'AUPILHAC – Montpeyroux

Le domaine d'Aupilhac se situe à Montpeyroux. La cave qui se trouve au coeur du village a été crée en 1989. Le domaine conduit 30 hectares de vignes en agriculture biologique. Une partie des vignes se répartit en terrasses exposée au sud sur le lieu-dit Aupilhac. Le Mourvèdre et le Carignan en sont les cépages principaux. L'autre terroir se trouve sur le site des cocalières à 350 mètres d'altitude exposé au nord. La Syrah y est dominante complétée par le Mourvèdre et le Grenache.

Domaine d'Aupilhac is located in Montpeyroux. The cellars, located in the heart of the village, were established in 1989. The estate grows 30 hectares of vineyards under organic agriculture. Part of this land is divided up into south-facing terraces in the Lieu-Dit "Aupilhac". Mourvèdre and Carignan are the main varieties. The other terroir is located on the Cocalières site at an altitude of 350 metres facing north. Syrah is dominant there, supplemented by Mourvèdre and Grenache.

Ein Teil der Reben verteilt sich über die Terrassen in Südlage im Lieu-Dit Aupilhac. Mourvèdre und Carignan sind die wesentlichen Rebsorten.
