Domaine Chante l'Oiseau – Campagnac-lès-Quercy

Situé au Sud-Est de la magnifique et très ensoleillée région du Périgord Noir, dans la zone IGP Périgord «Vin de Domme », le petit Domaine Chante L’Oiseau étale son vignoble composé uniquement de cépages blancs, tels le Chardonnay, le Viognier et le Sauvignon, à une altitude de 349 m dans une nature très préservée. Les pratiques utilisées pour la culture et la vinification sont très respectueuses de cet environnement exceptionnel et tiennent compte des techniques de production BIO depuis la plantation, sur des terres vierges de toutes cultures depuis plus de 50 ans, au sol argilo-calcaire et dont la composition est très similaire aux sols des AOC Chablis.

The charming Domaine Chante L’Oiseau is located in the South East of the magnificent and very sunny region of the Périgord Noir, an area of outstanding natural beauty. For wine-growing purposes, the region goes under the designated name of « IGP Périgord ». The vineyard at an altitude of 349 m, specialises in white wine with grape varieties including Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon. The wine-making process adopted is totally respectful of the natural surroundings in which the vineyard is situated, and organic practises are used from the outset. The land on which the vines are grown was previously left uncultivated for over 50 years and has a clay-limestone soil very similar to the soil type from which the AOC Chablis wine is produced.

Im einer wunderschönen und sonnigen Region des Südosten des Périgord Noir, liegt das charmante Weingut Domaine Chante L’Oiseau. Seine Weinberge erstrecken sich auf 349m Höhe über das Weinanbaugebiet des IGP Périgord « Vin de Domme ». Eine sehr bewahrte und geschützte Natur umspielt seine Rebflächen, die ausschließlich mit Weisswein-Rebsorten wie Chardonnay, Viognier und Sauvignon bestockt sind. Die für den Anbau und die Weinherstellung angewandten Praktiken werden stets mit grossem Respekt gegenüber dieser aussergewöhnlichen Landschaft ausgeübt. Auf einem seit mehr als 50 Jahren von jeglichem Anbau unberührten Gebiet werden auf einem Mischboden aus Lehm und Kalk von der Pflanzung an biologische Produktionstechniken berücksichtig, dessen Zusammensetzung der AOC Chablis- Böden sehr ähnlich ist.

Gelegen in het zuidoosten van het prachtige en zeer zonnige Périgord Noir gebied, in de IGP Périgord "Vin de Domme" zone, spreidt het kleine Domaine Chante L'Oiseau zijn wijngaard uit met uitsluitend witte druivenrassen, zoals Chardonnay, Viognier en Sauvignon, op een hoogte van 349 m in een zeer ongerepte natuur. De teelt- en vinificatiemethoden zijn zeer respectvol voor deze uitzonderlijke omgeving en houden rekening met de technieken van biologische productie sinds de aanplant, op gronden die al meer dan 50 jaar onaangeroerd zijn door enige cultuur, met een klei-kalkachtige bodem en waarvan de samenstelling sterk lijkt op die van de AOC Chablis.

Situato a sud-est della magnifica e soleggiata regione del Périgord Noir, nella zona IGP Périgord "Vin de Domme", il piccolo Domaine Chante L'Oiseau estende il suo vigneto composto esclusivamente da varietà di uve bianche, come Chardonnay, Viognier e Sauvignon, ad un'altitudine di 349 m in un contesto naturale molto ben conservato. Le pratiche utilizzate per la coltivazione e la vinificazione sono molto rispettose di questo ambiente eccezionale e tengono conto delle tecniche di produzione biologica fin dalla piantagione, su terreni incolti da più di 50 anni, con un suolo argilloso-calcareo e la cui composizione è molto simile ai suoli dell'AOC Chablis.
