From the Flower to the Bottle: Initiated from childhood by his grandfather Joseph to the fascinating mysteries of distillation in the small family workshop in the Lorraine and Alsace region, Nicolas Schott decided to live from his passion by founding the Quintessence distillery in the same place in 2012. He exclusively elaborates top-of-the-range eaux de vie and his pride is to offer you an authentic alcohol combining subtlety, roundness and softness.

Von der Blüte bis zur Flasche: Schon als Kind wurde Nicolas Schott von seinem Großvater Joseph in die faszinierenden Geheimnisse der Destillation in der kleinen Familienwerkstatt an der Grenze zwischen Lothringen und dem Elsass eingeweiht. 2012 gründete er am selben Ort die Destillerie de la Quintessence, um von seiner Leidenschaft zu leben.
