Nous nous sommes installés en 1993 dans un ancien Moulin, et nous avons repris l'exploitation de nos parents en 2003.. Nous exploitons 12 hectares 20 sur les communes de Mercurey, Givry et Jambles. Nous sommes en culture raisonnée et nous sommes en démarches pour passer HVE. Nous sommes une exploitation familiale, et notre fils nous a rejoint il y a un an.

Installation 1993 auf einer Fläche von 6 ha. 1999 Zukauf von Reben, dann 2003 Übernahme eines Familienbetriebs. Heute zählt der Betrieb 11,6 ha.

We hebben ons in 1993 gevestigd in een oude molen en in 2003 hebben we het bedrijf van onze ouders overgenomen. Wij bewerken 12 hectare 20 in de gemeenten Mercurey, Givry en Jambles. Wij gebruiken geïntegreerde landbouwmethoden en zijn bezig met het verkrijgen van het HVE-certificaat. Wij zijn een familiebedrijf, en onze zoon is er een jaar geleden bijgekomen.

Nos instalamos en 1993 en un antiguo molino y nos hicimos cargo del negocio de nuestros padres en 2003. Cultivamos 12 hectáreas 20 en los municipios de Mercurey, Givry y Jambles. Utilizamos métodos de agricultura integrada y estamos en proceso de obtener la certificación HVE. Somos una empresa familiar, y nuestro hijo se unió a nosotros hace un año.
