Château Famaey – Puy-l'Évêque

Le château Famaey est un domaine viticole de 20 ha situé sur la vallée du Lot. Le Château Famaey est une entreprise familiale qui travaille dans un esprit traditionnel, combiné à une infrastructure moderne. Le travail de la vigne et l’élevage du vin, guidé par une philosophie basée sur le respect de la nature, limite au maximum l’utilisation d’additifs chimiques pour obtenir un vin le plus naturel possible. La mise en bouteille au château, dans le respect du terroir, garantit l’authenticité de ces vins uniques. L'exploitation a été reprise en l'an 2000 et rebaptisé Château Famaey. Nous faisons partis du Club Génération Lieux-dits, un club qui fait des vins produits sur le vignoble de Cahors une polyphonie capable de mettre en résonance toutes les nuances du terroir et du Malbec.

Château Famaey is a 20-hectare winegrowing estate in the Lot valley. Château Famaey is a family-run business with a traditional spirit, combined with a modern infrastructure. The work in the vines and the maturing of the wine, guided by a philosophy based on respect for nature, limits the use of chemical additives as much as possible to obtain a wine that is as natural as possible. Bottling at the château, with respect for the terroir, guarantees the authenticity of these unique wines. The estate was taken over in 2000 and renamed Château Famaey. We're part of the Club Génération Lieux-dits, a club that turns the wines produced in the Cahors vineyards into a polyphony capable of resonating all the nuances of terroir and Malbec.
