Situés sur la commune de Vosnon dans l’Aube en bordure de la bourgogne, en plein cœur de la foret d’Othe, nous sommes producteurs hélicicoles d’escargots gros gris français (hélix aspersa maxima). Nos escargots sont cuisinés de façon traditionnelle et nous mettons un point d’honneur à travailler avec d’autres producteurs français et ainsi proposer un produit du terroir d’exception. Located in the town of Vosnon in the Aube on the edge of Burgundy, in the heart of the Othe forest, we are helicultural producers of large French gray snails (helix aspersa maxima). Our snails are cooked in the traditional way and we make it a point of honor to work with other French producers and thus offer an exceptional local product.
