Véronique Agostini travaille dans son Atelier-Boutique ( L'Æncre Flottante ) au cœur de la ville de Sète, elle retrouve et réinvente l'utilisation du papier imprimé dans le décor. Elle propose des Estampes et leurs dérivés, objets sensibles, qu'elle façonne à la main en pièces uniques ou en séries limitées : Gravures, Kakemonos, Luminaires, Abat-jour, Boites, Carnets, Origami, Suminagashi, Textiles, Livres d'Artiste….. L'Æncre Flottante rend accessible l'achat sans intermédiaire d'objets d'Art singuliers et authentiques. Au grès de vos visites vous pourrez voir la créatrice, imprimer, maroufler, habiller une boite, un carnet, monter un abat-jour, graver une matrice et surtout vous conseiller pour vos achats ou vos commandes sur mesure. Born in Sète in 1965, Véronique Agostini has many years’ experience of intaglio printing, and has specialised in relief printing (on wood or linoleum) and the ancestral Japanese art of Suminagashi (floating ink). A publisher of art books, she founded Editions Les Aresquiers in 2007. Her designs desire to inhabit the earth; to spread across a sheet of paper, stretch over a lampshade, occupy a cushion or cover a kakemono. In harmony with the object of their desire, the designs mould to the shape of their surroundings to form one seamless body. Véronique’s unique pieces are all made in her studio: prints, suminagashi (floating ink), kakemonos, lights, lampshades, origami, textile designs and boxes decorated with geometric patterns. Lights, lampshades and kakemonos can be made to order, in the desired size, colours and designs (chosen from a catalogue). Member of Ateliers d'Art de France.
