La Ferme d'Erwan – Chenay-le-Châtel

Petite ferme installée au milieu des prairies pâturées du Brionnais, je produis plants, légumes et miel. Toute ma production est labellisée bio. Je travaille principalement avec des outils manuels suivant des méthodes issues des techniques agro-écologiques et permacoles. Je pars de la graine pour produire mes plants. Mon rucher principal se situe sur mes terres au milieu des cultures. La plantation d'arbres et l'économie de l'eau sont des principes qui me tiennent à cœur.

I'm a small farm set in the middle of the grazed meadows of the Brionnais region, producing plants, vegetables and honey. All my produce is certified organic. I work mainly with hand tools, using methods derived from agro-ecological and permacultural techniques. I start from the seed to produce my plants. My main apiary is located on my land in the middle of the crops. Planting trees and saving water are principles close to my heart.

Ich bin ein kleiner Bauernhof inmitten der beweideten Wiesen des Brionnais und produziere Pflanzen, Gemüse und Honig. Meine gesamte Produktion trägt das Bio-Label. Ich arbeite hauptsächlich mit manuellen Werkzeugen nach Methoden, die aus agrarökologischen und permakulturellen Techniken hervorgegangen sind. Ich gehe vom Samenkorn aus, um meine Setzlinge zu produzieren. Mein Hauptbienenstand befindet sich auf meinem Land inmitten der Kulturen. Die Pflanzung von Bäumen und der sparsame Umgang mit Wasser sind mir sehr wichtig.
