Croquignole – Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye

Le savoir-faire et la passion sont les deux premiers ingrédients de nos biscuits. Ils sont aussi fabriqués avec des ingrédients issus de producteurs d'exception, locaux ou bio. Ils sont sans additifs, sans conservateurs. Chez nous, pas de stock, que du frais : tout est fabriqué quotidiennement ou à la commande, pour vous garantir la meilleure fraîcheur possible. La boutique-atelier est situé dans le beau village potier de Saint Amand en Puisaye, dans la Nièvre. Je vous accueille avec énormément de plaisir les vendredis toute la journée, et le samedi matin. Seulement ces jours là? Et oui…. Parce que Croquignole est une très petite structure, et que surtout, nous avons le souci de vous proposer des produits de première fraîcheur : les autres jours sont donc dédiés aux achats de matières premières, à la fabrication, à la production, à la fabrication et aux retraits des commandes, à l'administratif… Merci pour votre soutien et votre compréhension.

The boutique-workshop is located in the beautiful pottery village of Saint Amand en Puisaye, in the Nièvre region of France. I'm delighted to welcome you on Fridays all day, and on Saturday mornings. Fachwissen und Leidenschaft sind die beiden ersten Zutaten unserer Kekse. Sie werden auch mit Zutaten von außergewöhnlichen, lokalen oder Bio-Produzenten hergestellt. Sie sind frei von Zusatz- und Konservierungsstoffen. Bei uns gibt es keine Lagerbestände, nur Frisches: Alles wird täglich oder auf Bestellung hergestellt, um Ihnen die bestmögliche Frische zu garantieren. Die Boutique-Werkstatt befindet sich in dem schönen Töpferdorf Saint Amand en Puisaye im Departement Nièvre. Ich freue mich sehr, Sie freitags den ganzen Tag und samstags vormittags begrüßen zu dürfen. Nur an diesen Tagen? Und ja…. Weil Croquignole eine sehr kleine Struktur ist und wir vor allem darauf bedacht sind, Ihnen nur frische Produkte anzubieten: Die anderen Tage sind daher dem Einkauf von Rohstoffen, der Herstellung, der Produktion, der Herstellung und der Abholung von Bestellungen, der Verwaltung usw. gewidmet. Knowhow en passie zijn de twee belangrijkste ingrediënten van onze koekjes. Ze worden ook gemaakt met ingrediënten van uitzonderlijke, lokale of biologische producenten. Ze bevatten geen additieven of bewaarmiddelen. Bij ons is er geen voorraad, alleen verse producten: alles wordt elke dag vers gemaakt of op bestelling, om je de best mogelijke versheid te garanderen. De boetiek-werkplaats bevindt zich in het mooie pottenbakkersdorp Saint Amand en Puisaye, in de regio Nièvre in Frankrijk. Ik verwelkom je graag op vrijdag de hele dag en op zaterdagochtend. Alleen op die dagen? Ja…. Omdat Croquignole een heel klein bedrijf is, en vooral omdat we u zo vers mogelijke producten willen aanbieden: de andere dagen zijn dus gewijd aan de aankoop van grondstoffen, de fabricage, de productie, het maken en verzamelen van bestellingen, de administratie… Bedankt voor je steun en begrip.

El saber hacer y la pasión son los dos ingredientes principales de nuestras galletas. Además, se elaboran con ingredientes procedentes de productores excepcionales, locales o ecológicos. No contienen aditivos ni conservantes. Con nosotros, no hay existencias, sólo productos frescos: todo se elabora fresco cada día o por encargo, para garantizarle la mejor frescura posible. La tienda-taller está situada en el hermoso pueblo alfarero de Saint Amand en Puisaye, en la región francesa de Nièvre. Estaré encantada de recibirle los viernes todo el día, y los sábados por la mañana. ¿Sólo esos días? Sí…. Porque Croquignole es una empresa muy pequeña, y sobre todo porque queremos ofrecerle los productos más frescos posibles: así que los demás días los dedicamos a comprar materias primas, fabricar, producir, hacer y recoger pedidos, administración… Gracias por su apoyo y comprensión.

Non contengono additivi o conservanti. Da noi non ci sono scorte, ma solo prodotti freschi: tutto viene preparato fresco ogni giorno o su ordinazione, per garantirvi la migliore freschezza possibile. La boutique-laboratorio si trova nel bellissimo villaggio di ceramiche di Saint Amand en Puisaye, nella regione della Nièvre, in Francia. Sono lieta di accogliervi il venerdì tutto il giorno e il sabato mattina. Solo in quei giorni? Sì…. Perché Croquignole è un'azienda molto piccola e soprattutto perché vogliamo offrirvi i prodotti più freschi possibile: quindi gli altri giorni sono dedicati all'acquisto delle materie prime, alla fabbricazione, alla produzione, alla realizzazione e alla raccolta degli ordini, all'amministrazione… Grazie per il vostro sostegno e la vostra comprensione.
