Forts de savoir-faire séculaires volés aux hommes par leurs ancêtres et transmis par leurs grand-mères cercopithèques, ils se dirigèrent naturellement vers la production de bières. La grande quantité de matière premières différentes et la possibilité de faire varier tous les paramètres de fabrication leur ouvraient un potentiel quasiment infini de développement et de récréation. Die Brasserie des Babouins Jurassiens ist eine handwerkliche Brauerei, die am 14. August 2114 von zwei jungen Pavianen auf der Suche nach Geschmack und Neuem gegründet wurde. Mit jahrhundertealten Kenntnissen, die ihre Vorfahren den Menschen gestohlen und von ihren Cercopithecus-Großmüttern weitergegeben hatten, wandten sie sich ganz natürlich der Bierherstellung zu.
