Atelier des livres – Aix-en-Provence

Patricia Manechez-Reid intervient de l'écriture à la fabrication d'un livre. Elle accompagne les personnes ou associations ayant un projet de livre, pour le concrétiser. A l'étape de l'écriture, elle recueille les textes, ou oriente ses clients vers des auteurs ou biographes qui leur prêteront leur plume. Patricia poursuit ensuite la création du livre par la mise en page, en créant une maquette intégrant le texte, les photos et illustrations. Puis vient l'étape de la fabrication. Dans son atelier, labellisé Imprim'Vert © et grâce à l'impression numérique, elle peut réaliser des séries de livres allant de 1 à 1000 exemplaires.

Patricia Manechez-Reid is involved from the book writing stage through to final production. She accompanies individuals and associations that have a book project to make it become reality. During the writing stage, she gathers texts together or puts her clients in contact with authors or biographers who will do the actual writing for them. Patricia then continues to create the book by designing a layout integrating the text, photos and illustrations. This is followed by the production stage. In her Imprim'Vert © eco-labelled workshop, she uses digital printing where she can produce series of books ranging from 1 to 1,000 copies.

Patricia Manechez-Reid ist vom Schreiben bis zur Herstellung eines Buches tätig. Sie begleitet Personen oder Vereine, die ein Buchprojekt haben, bei dessen Umsetzung. In der Phase des Schreibens sammelt sie die Texte oder verweist ihre Kunden an Autoren oder Biografen, die ihnen ihre Feder leihen. Patricia setzt die Gestaltung des Buches fort, indem sie ein Layout erstellt, das den Text, die Fotos und die Illustrationen enthält. Dann folgt der Schritt der Herstellung. In ihrer Werkstatt, die mit dem Label Imprim'Vert © ausgezeichnet ist, kann sie dank des Digitaldrucks Buchserien von 1 bis 1000 Exemplaren herstellen.

En su taller, que lleva el sello Imprim'Vert ©, y gracias a la impresión digital, puede producir libros en tiradas de 1 a 1.000 ejemplares.
