Departing from the beautiful Place de la Cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Bazas, a former stopover on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, this loop takes you over gently undulating terrain to the the Château de Roquetaillade. The greenway occupies an old railroad line and winds through a landscape of pine trees and vineyards. All around you, the old tobacco drying sheds, the picturesque church of Le Nizan, Château Caillivet and its vineyard, and a circuit offering the most beautiful views of Château de Roquetaillade.
