Médiathèque Salim Hatubou – Marseille 15e Arrondissement

Nouvel espace culturel dans le quartier Saint-Antoine, la médiathèque Salim-Hatubou ouvre ses portes le 20 octobre 2020. Elle porte le nom d’un écrivain marseillais d’origine comorienne, disparu en 2015, à qui la Ville souhaite rendre hommage.(*) Pierre de taille en façade et bois massif dans l’aménagement intérieur, espaces agréables et équipement technique performant, fauteuils confortables et éclairage soigné, c’est un bel équipement qui accueille les habitants du 15e arrondissement et au-delà ! Avec 25 000 documents (livres, CD et DVD, journaux et magazines), la médiathèque propose des collections variées et accessibles, répondant aux envies de loisirs et de découverte comme aux besoins d’apprentissage de toutes les générations. C’est aussi un lieu d’accès à l’information et à l’informatique, où vous pourrez en particulier découvrir les services offerts par bmvr.marseille.fr. L'accent sera mis sur une programmation culturelle riche et diverse, qui fera la part belle à la jeunesse (lecture aux tout-petits, éveil musical, ateliers créatifs) et au numérique (initiation à l'informatique ou à internet, ateliers de création numérique, programmation). Des ateliers pratiques ou de loisirs pour adultes seront aussi proposés : recherche d'emploi, club lecture, ateliers créatifs… Par les services proposés et l’importance qu’elle accordera à l’accueil, à l’animation et la formation, cette médiathèque ouverte à tou·te·s est résolument tournée vers ses publics, à l’écoute des attentes et besoins de chacun pour construire, ensemble, la vie et l’avenir de ce lieu. À l’occasion de l’ouverture, de nombreux ateliers musicaux, créatifs, sensoriels, des moments de partage autour du livre, du conte et des jeux vous sont proposés. *Salim-Hatubou : écrivain, poète et conteur franco-comorien, décédé en 2015. Il a vécu dans le 15e arrondissement et a marqué profondément le quartier de son enfance grâce à la transmission de la culture et de la tradition, fidèle à sa devise : « Sache d’où tu viens, tu sauras toujours où tu vas ». Horaires : du mardi au samedi, de 10h à 18h. D'une surface de 900 m², la médiathèque propose en particulier : un espace dédié à la petite enfance : albums, contes et romans un espace documentaire pour découvrir et s'informer sur diverses thématiques : voyages, arts et loisirs, emploi et vie pratique, sciences… un salon pour lire la presse, regarder un film ou écouter un disque sur place des jeux et des jouets pour partager sur place un moment ludique un auditorium d'une cinquantaine de places pour accueillir spectacles, conférences ou projections de film. une salle offrant une vingtaine de places de travail au calme et 2 petites salles de travail en groupe, pour préparer un exposé par exemple un espace numérique avec 8 ordinateurs et, en 2021, du matériel de création numérique, sans oublier une dizaine de PC présents dans les différents espaces de la médiathèque. Als neuer Kulturraum im Stadtteil Saint-Antoine wird die Mediathek Salim-Hatubou am 20. Oktober 2020 eröffnet. Sie trägt den Namen eines 2015 verstorbenen Marseiller Schriftstellers komorischer Herkunft, den die Stadt ehren möchte.(*) Mit einer Fassade aus Quaderstein und einer Inneneinrichtung aus Massivholz, angenehmen Räumen und einer leistungsstarken technischen Ausstattung, bequemen Sesseln und einer sorgfältigen Beleuchtung ist es eine schöne Einrichtung, die die Bewohner des 15. Arrondissements und darüber hinaus empfängt! Mit 25.000 Medien (Bücher, CDs und DVDs, Zeitungen und Zeitschriften) bietet die Mediathek eine vielfältige und zugängliche Sammlung, die den Freizeit- und Entdeckungsdrang sowie die Lernbedürfnisse aller Generationen befriedigt.
