Et aussi une école de théâtre… Ce théâtre est dirigé par Stéphane Serfati : comédien et metteur en scène. il a joué une vingtaine de pièces de théâtre d'auteur classique et contemporains notamment ( Molière , beaumarchais , hugo , Shakespeare , feydeau , courteline , labiche , durif , vitrac , frechette , Blind , Hazan …) Il est aussi l'auteur et interprète de cinq one-man- show.
