La Compagnie des Gens, troupe de théâtre implantée depuis 1989 à Châtillon-sur-Seine, mène sur le territoire du Pays Châtillonnais, une activité de développement culturel à travers différentes actions artistiques et pédagogiques (ateliers, stages jeune public, enseignement théâtral). Chaque été, la troupe propose son « Estivale », un spectacle regroupant une dizaine de professionnels et autant d’amateurs autour d’un projet artistique mêlant plusieurs disciplines (musique, chant, théâtre…). Traditionnellement présentée à Châtillon-sur-Seine dans des lieux peu conventionnels, cet événement est un rendez-vous culturel et festif incontournable du Pays Châtillonnais.
