Willeman, un patrimoine historique

Nichée dans une petite vallée et protégée de coteaux boisés, Willeman est une commune paisible qui a conservé son habitat rural traditionnel et qui s’étend le long d’une petite rivière, la Wawette. En son centre se dresse une superbe église dont le clocher du XVème siècle est classé Monument Historique. Le village compte un second monument protégé à ce titre, le château. A ces deux fleurons s’ajoutent les fermettes traditionnelles, le hameau de Vallières et sa ferme, la chapelle et la forge. La commune vit au rythme de la nature et des travaux des champs, l’activité agricole y étant encore importante.

Nestled in a small valley and protected by wooded hillsides, Willeman is a peaceful commune that has preserved its traditional rural habitat and stretches along a small river, the Wawette. At its center stands a superb church whose 15th-century steeple is listed as a Monument Historique. The village also boasts a second listed monument, the château. Traditional farmhouses, the hamlet of Vallières and its farmhouse, the chapel and the blacksmith?s forge are also part of the village?s heritage. The village lives to the rhythm of nature and the work of the fields, with farming still a major activity.

Willeman liegt in einem kleinen Tal und wird von bewaldeten Hängen geschützt. Es ist eine friedliche Gemeinde, die ihre traditionelle ländliche Siedlung bewahrt hat und sich entlang eines kleinen Flusses, der Wawette, erstreckt. Im Zentrum des Ortes steht eine wunderschöne Kirche, deren Glockenturm aus dem 15. Jahrhundert als historisches Monument klassifiziert ist. Das Dorf besitzt ein zweites Denkmal, das unter Denkmalschutz steht: das Schloss. Zu diesen beiden Prunkstücken kommen noch die traditionellen Bauernhöfe, der Weiler Vallières mit seinem Bauernhof, die Kapelle und die Schmiede hinzu. Die Gemeinde lebt im Rhythmus der Natur und der Feldarbeit, da die Landwirtschaft noch immer eine wichtige Rolle spielt.

En su centro se alza una magnífica iglesia, cuyo campanario del siglo XV es un monumento histórico protegido. El pueblo también cuenta con un segundo monumento protegido, el castillo. A estas dos joyas se añaden los caseríos tradicionales, la aldea de Vallières y su granja, la capilla y la fragua. El pueblo vive al ritmo de la naturaleza y del trabajo en el campo, y la agricultura sigue siendo una actividad importante.

Al centro del paese si trova una splendida chiesa, il cui campanile del XV secolo è un monumento storico protetto. Il villaggio vanta anche un secondo monumento protetto, il castello. A questi due gioielli si aggiungono le cascine tradizionali, la frazione di Vallières e la sua fattoria, la cappella e la fucina. Il villaggio vive al ritmo della natura e del lavoro nei campi, con l'agricoltura che è ancora una delle attività principali.
