Le parc du château est un site classé à l'inventaire des monuments historiques, il s'étend sur 38,5 hectares. Créé au milieu du XIXe siècle par le Comte de Choulot, paysagiste pour le baron Astolphe De Nexon, il est ouvert au public depuis que la municipalité a fait l'acquisition du site. L'ensemble est entièrement clos par un mur en pierre. Différents éléments viennent agrémenter le parc : rivière anglaise, cascade avec un étang dans la forêt, rochers… Au détour d'une grande allée, vous pourrez également découvrir la chapelle du parc (XIXe siècle) appartenant toujours à la famille Gay De Nexon. Véritable écrin de verdure, le parc du château de Nexon est l’endroit idéal pour une promenade mêlant découverte et quiétude. Autorisé uniquement aux piétons, vous serez impressionnés par son château à l’entrée et par ses majestueuses écuries. Partout, vous trouverez l’eau : fontaines, cascade.

The château's 38.5-hectare park is listed as a historic monument. Created in the mid-19th century by the Comte de Choulot, landscape gardener to Baron Astolphe De Nexon, it has been open to the public since the municipality acquired the site. The entire complex is enclosed by a stone wall. The park is embellished by a variety of elements: an English river, a waterfall with a pond in the forest, rocks… At the bend of a long driveway, you can also discover the park's 19th-century chapel, still owned by the Gay de Nexon family. A veritable jewel case of greenery, the park of Château de Nexon is the ideal place for a stroll combining discovery and tranquillity. Allowed only to pedestrians, you'll be impressed by its castle entrance and majestic stables. Water is everywhere: fountains, waterfalls.

Der Schlosspark steht unter Denkmalschutz und erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 38,5 Hektar. Er wurde Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts von Comte de Choulot, einem Landschaftsarchitekten für Baron Astolphe De Nexon, angelegt und ist der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich, seit die Gemeinde das Gelände erworben hat. Die Anlage ist vollständig von einer Steinmauer umgeben. Verschiedene Elemente schmücken den Park: ein englischer Fluss, ein Wasserfall mit einem Teich im Wald, Felsen… In einer breiten Allee können Sie auch die Kapelle des Parks (19. Jahrhundert) entdecken, die noch immer der Familie Gay De Nexon gehört. Der Schlosspark von Nexon ist ein wahres Schmuckkästchen im Grünen und der ideale Ort für einen Spaziergang, der Entdeckung und Ruhe miteinander verbindet.
