The village of Haselbourg, perched high above the Zorn valley, owes its circular shape to the fact that it was once a Roman oppidum. The houses line up along a loop road, forming a promontory that is higher to the north. This earthen embankment is known as the Roman ramparts, or "Römerschanze" in German. It is possible to walk up to the mound to enjoy a remarkable view over the Pays de Dabo. Listed as a historic monument since 1930. How to get there: follow the D98D, then park near the town hall. A sign presenting the ancient oppidum is located not far from the town hall. A short but steep path leads to the top of the hill.
