Fondé en 1529 sur l'île Saint-Laurent, l'hôpital de Chalon offre à la visite une ancienne pharmacie qui recèle une très belle collection de pots des XVIIIème et XIXème siècles ainsi que de très nombreux tiroirs ; la communauté des sœurs située dans le bâtiment du XVIème siècle, la salle des étains et le réfectoire des sœurs édifiés au XVIIIème siècle, ainsi que la chapelle du XIXème siècle. Founded in 1529 on the island of Saint-Laurent, the Chalon hospital is home to a former pharmacy with a fine collection of 18th- and 19th-century jars and numerous drawers; the sisters' community in the 16th-century building, the pewter room and the sisters' refectory built in the 18th century, and the 19th-century chapel.
