Die Bibliothek für Erwachsene und Jugendliche befindet sich in einem neuen Gebäude und bietet ein farbenfrohes Ambiente mit überwiegend orangefarbenen, grünen und grauen Elementen, das dank der Fenster und des zentralen Brunnens hell ist.

In een nieuw gebouw biedt de bibliotheek voor volwassenen en tieners een kleurrijke sfeer met overwegend oranje, groen en grijs, en is licht dankzij de erkers en de centrale waterput.
