Un train, un vélo. C'est simple, c'est Fluo ! Le principe est simple : en descendant du train, louez un vélo électrique pendant 14h consécutives, profitez en pour tous vos déplacements de la journée et restituez le à la même gare avant de reprendre le train. C'est pour qui ? Les conditions pour pouvoir louer un vélo Fluo : Tarif plein : être en possession d’un titre de transport TER Fluo daté du jour Tarif réduit : être en possession d’un titre de transport TER daté du jour + du justificatif de votre carte Fluo ou de votre abonnement annuel TER Fluo à prélèvement Comment ça marche ? Réserver un vélo Fluo à l’avance. Vous avez la possibilité de réserver un vélo jusqu’à 14h avant votre heure de départ. La réservation vous garantit la disponibilité d’un vélo à votre arrivée en station mais elle n’est pas obligatoire.   Dans l’application, sélectionnez la station depuis laquelle vous souhaitez partir et appuyez sur ”Réserver un vélo”. Si vous changez d’avis, n’oubliez pas d’annuler votre réservation pour libérer le vélo !  Commencer un trajet : avec l’application, scannez le QR code du vélo stationné au bout de la rangée. Démarrez la location et, après le bip sonore, appuyez sur le frein gauche du vélo pour le détacher en douceur de la station. Faire des arrêts : pendant la location, vous pouvez verrouiller le vélo quand vous voulez. Dès lors qu’il est verrouillé, le vélo est sécurisé : pas besoin de cadenas ! Garez le vélo sur une zone de stationnement pour vélos. Dans l’application, appuyez sur “Verrouiller”. Un double signal sonore indique que le vélo a bien été verrouillé. Pour repartir, appuyez sur “Déverrouiller” et le tour est joué. Terminer sa location : à la fin de votre location, restituez le vélo à votre station de départ. Accrochez le vélo au bout de la rangée, en insérant la roue avant dans l’encoche prévue à cet effet. Veillez à bien enclencher les aimants avant et arrière du cadre au vélo précédent (ou à la borne si la station est vide). Un double signal sonore indique que le vélo a bien été rendu. Start een reis: scan met de app de QR-code van de fiets die aan het einde van de rij geparkeerd staat. Start de verhuur en druk na de pieptoon op de linkerrem van de fiets om deze voorzichtig los te maken van het station. Stoppen: tijdens de huurperiode kun je de fiets op slot zetten wanneer je maar wilt. Eenmaal op slot, is de fiets veilig: je hebt geen hangslot nodig! Parkeer de fiets in een fietsenstalling. Druk in de applicatie op Vergrendelen. Een dubbele piep geeft aan dat de fiets op slot staat. Om te vertrekken, druk je op Unlock en dat is het. Je huur beëindigen: aan het einde van je huurperiode breng je de fiets terug naar je vertrekstation. Hang de fiets aan het einde van de rij en steek het voorwiel in de daarvoor bestemde uitsparing. Zorg ervoor dat de voor- en achtermagneten op het frame stevig vastzitten aan de vorige fiets (of aan de terminal als het station leeg is). Een dubbele pieptoon geeft aan dat de fiets is teruggebracht. Controleer bij twijfel in de app of neem contact op met de klantenservice. Hacer paradas: durante el periodo de alquiler, puede bloquear la bicicleta cuando lo desee. Una vez bloqueada, la bicicleta está segura: ¡no necesita candado! Aparque la bicicleta en un aparcamiento para bicicletas. En la aplicación, pulse Bloquear. Un doble pitido indica que la bicicleta está bloqueada. Para volver a salir, pulsa Desbloquear y listo. Finalizar el alquiler: al final del alquiler, devuelva la bicicleta a la estación de salida. Cuelgue la bicicleta al final de la fila, introduciendo la rueda delantera en la muesca prevista a tal efecto. Parcheggiate la bicicletta in un parcheggio per biciclette. Nell'applicazione, premere Blocca. Un doppio segnale acustico indica che la bicicletta è stata bloccata. Per ripartire, premere Sblocca e il gioco è fatto. Fine del noleggio: al termine del noleggio, restituire la bicicletta alla stazione di partenza. Appendere la bicicletta all'estremità della fila, inserendo la ruota anteriore nell'apposita tacca.
