Mon Atelier de Fabrications Aromatiques Mon atelier / boutique se situe 12 rue du Belle à Saint-Lô, au cœur du Cotentin. C'est là que crée mes recettes et assemble thés et plantes aromatiques pour composer une gamme sans aucun arôme ajouté, 100% végétale. Je suis la seule en France à élaborer mes thés de manière artisanale sans utiliser les arômes alimentaires dits "naturels". Mon travail est celui de la plante aromatique, pas celui de la chimie ;) Chez Herboristerie du Cotentin seule la plante procure le goût, c'est pourquoi la sélection des matières premières se fait de manière très rigoureuse. Celles-ci sont issues de petits producteurs en France et de par le monde dans une démarche équitable et environnementale. C'est à travers cette démarche que je vous propose aussi des épices d'une qualité inégalable. J'ai fait le choix d'une gamme entièrement bio dans une approche de respect du produit et de celui qui le consomme. Cette approche, c'est aussi celle de l'excellence. It's here that I create my recipes and assemble teas and aromatic plants to create a 100% plant-based range with no added flavoring. I'm the only one in France to produce my teas by hand, without using so-called "natural" food flavoring. Mein Aromatisierungsatelier Mein Atelier / Geschäft befindet sich in 12 rue du Belle in Saint-Lô, im Herzen der Region Cotentin. Hier kreiere ich meine Rezepte und mische Tees und aromatische Pflanzen zu einem Sortiment ohne jeglichen Aromazusatz, das zu 100 % pflanzlich ist. Ich bin die einzige in Frankreich, die ihre Tees auf handwerkliche Weise herstellt, ohne sogenannte "natürliche" Lebensmittelaromen zu verwenden. Meine Arbeit ist die der aromatischen Pflanze, nicht die der Chemie ;) Bei Herboristerie du Cotentin sorgt nur die Pflanze für den Geschmack, weshalb die Rohstoffe sehr sorgfältig ausgewählt werden. Die Rohstoffe werden von kleinen Produzenten in Frankreich und der ganzen Welt unter fairen und ökologischen Gesichtspunkten gewonnen. Durch diesen Ansatz biete ich Ihnen auch Gewürze von unvergleichlicher Qualität an. Ich habe mich für ein vollständig biologisches Sortiment entschieden, um das Produkt und denjenigen, der es konsumiert, zu respektieren. Dieser Ansatz ist auch der Ansatz der Exzellenz. Mon Atelier de Fabrications Aromatiques Mijn atelier/winkel bevindt zich op 12 rue du Belle in Saint-Lô, in het hart van de Cotentin. Hier creëer ik mijn recepten en verzamel ik theeën en aromatische planten om een 100% plantaardig assortiment te creëren zonder toegevoegde smaakstoffen. Ik ben de enige in Frankrijk die mijn theesoorten op traditionele wijze maakt, zonder gebruik te maken van zogenaamde 'natuurlijke' voedingsaroma's. Ik werk met de aromatische plant, niet met chemicaliën ;) Bij Herboristerie du Cotentin zorgt alleen de plant voor de smaak en daarom worden de grondstoffen zeer zorgvuldig geselecteerd. Ze zijn afkomstig van kleine producenten in Frankrijk en de rest van de wereld in het kader van eerlijke handel en milieuzorg. Dankzij deze aanpak kan ik je specerijen van ongeëvenaarde kwaliteit aanbieden. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een volledig biologisch assortiment te produceren, uit respect voor het product en de consument. Deze aanpak is er ook een van uitmuntendheid. Mon Atelier de Fabrications Aromatiques Mi taller / tienda se encuentra en el número 12 de la rue du Belle en Saint-Lô, en el corazón de la región de Cotentin. Aquí elaboro mis recetas y reúno tés y plantas aromáticas para crear una gama 100% vegetal y sin aromas añadidos. Soy la única en Francia que elabora mis tés a la manera tradicional, sin utilizar los llamados aromas alimentarios "naturales". Trabajo con la planta aromática, no con productos químicos ;) En la Herboristerie du Cotentin, sólo la planta proporciona el sabor, por eso las materias primas se seleccionan con mucho cuidado. Proceden de pequeños productores franceses y de todo el mundo, en el marco de un enfoque de comercio justo y respetuoso con el medio ambiente. Gracias a este enfoque, también puedo ofrecerle especias de una calidad inigualable. He optado por producir una gama totalmente ecológica, por respeto al producto y al consumidor. Il mio Atelier di Fabbricazioni Aromatiche Il mio laboratorio/negozio si trova al 12 di rue du Belle a Saint-Lô, nel cuore della regione del Cotentin. È qui che creo le mie ricette e assemblo tè e piante aromatiche per creare una gamma al 100% vegetale e senza aromi aggiunti. Sono l'unica persona in Francia a produrre i miei tè in modo tradizionale, senza utilizzare aromi alimentari cosiddetti "naturali". Lavoro con le piante aromatiche, non con i prodotti chimici ;) All'Herboristerie du Cotentin è solo la pianta a fornire l'aroma, ed è per questo che le materie prime sono selezionate con estrema cura. Provengono da piccoli produttori in Francia e nel mondo, nell'ambito di un approccio equo e solidale. È grazie a questo approccio che posso offrirvi spezie di qualità ineguagliabile. Ho scelto di produrre una gamma interamente biologica, per rispetto del prodotto e del consumatore. Questo approccio è anche un approccio di eccellenza.
