C'est parfois dans un atelier que tout commence et bien souvent sur un établi que l'artisan conçoit ce qu'il rêve. La cuisine du Chef tente de refléter cet état d'esprit et les valeurs de la simplicité et du partage.

The dreams of artisans often take shape on a workbench (‘un établi’ in French). We attempt to reflect this state of mind in our cuisine, as well as the values of simplicity and sharing.

Manchmal beginnt alles in einer Werkstatt und sehr oft auf einer Werkbank, wo der Handwerker das entwirft, wovon er träumt. Die Küche des Chefs versucht, diese Geisteshaltung und die Werte der Einfachheit und des Teilens widerzuspiegeln.

Soms is het in een werkplaats dat alles begint, en heel vaak is het op een werkbank dat de ambachtsman creëert waar hij van droomt. De keuken van de chef probeert deze gemoedstoestand en de waarden van eenvoud en delen te weerspiegelen.
