Justine and Benoît, both from the Lot region of France, have decided to return to their roots with the knowledge they have acquired. A dynamic, friendly couple, a warm welcome, a warm yet modern setting and inventive, elegant, gourmet cuisine. Mit dem Gepäck, das man gelernt hat, zu den Wurzeln zurückzukehren, war die Motivation für das Projekt von Justine und Benoît, die beide aus dem Lot stammen.
