Im historischen Zentrum, nur wenige Schritte von der Kathedrale von Orléans entfernt, hat "L'Éclat des Saveurs" seinen Platz an das Restaurant "Paul et Juliette" abgetreten. Am Herd steht weiterhin der junge Küchenchef Gratien Camus, der hier eine authentische Küche voller Tradition und ohne Kompromisse zaubert.
