L'Escale Gourmande – Tartas

Bonjour à tous, nous sommes Amaïa et Romain, les nouveaux propriétaires de “L’escale”, snack connu pour ses kébabs et tacos à Tartas, dans les Landes. Nous continuons à proposer le snacking tous les soirs du mardi au dimanche, avec les incontournables kébabs, les tacos, les tenders, et pour les nouveautés nous proposons des frites maison, des salades et des wrap du jour en fonction des produits frais du moment. Nous avons modifié le nom en y rajoutant notre touche “Gourmande” car nous proposons une restauration traditionnelle gourmande le midi, sur place, du mardi au vendredi dans notre petite salle climatisée de 20 couverts, avec une carte renouvelée régulièrement selon les produits frais et locaux et au gré des inspirations de Romain, cuisinier depuis 15 ans, passionné et soucieux d’éveiller vos papilles.

Hello everyone, we are Amaïa and Romain, the new owners of "L'escale", a snack known for its kebabs and tacos in Tartas, in the Landes region. We continue to offer snacking every evening from Tuesday to Sunday, with the inevitable kebabs, tacos, tenders, and for the new ones we offer homemade fries, salads and wrap of the day according to the fresh products of the moment. We have changed the name by adding our "Gourmet" touch because we offer a traditional gourmet lunch, on site, from Tuesday to Friday in our small air-conditioned room of 20 seats, with a menu regularly renewed according to the fresh and local products and to the liking of the inspirations of Romain, a cook for 15 years, passionate and anxious to awaken your taste buds.

Hallo zusammen, wir sind Amaïa und Romain, die neuen Besitzer von "L'escale", einem für seine Kebabs und Tacos bekannten Imbiss in Tartas, in den Landes. Wir bieten weiterhin jeden Abend von Dienstag bis Sonntag Snacks an, mit den unumgänglichen Kebabs, Tacos und Tenders. Als Neuheiten bieten wir hausgemachte Pommes frites, Salate und Tageswraps an, die sich nach den aktuellen frischen Produkten richten. Wir haben den Namen geändert und unsere "Gourmande"-Taste hinzugefügt, denn wir bieten traditionelle Gourmet-Restaurants am Mittag, vor Ort, von Dienstag bis Freitag in unserem kleinen klimatisierten Saal mit 20 Plätzen, mit einer regelmäßig erneuerten Speisekarte, die sich nach den frischen und lokalen Produkten und den Inspirationen von Romain richtet, der seit 15 Jahren Koch ist, leidenschaftlich und darauf bedacht, Ihre Geschmacksknospen zu erwecken.

Hallo allemaal, wij zijn Amaïa en Romain, de nieuwe eigenaars van "L'escale", een snack die bekend staat om zijn kebab en taco's in Tartas, in de Landes. Wij blijven elke avond van dinsdag tot zondag snacks aanbieden, met de onvermijdelijke kebabs, taco's en tenders, en voor de nieuwe producten bieden wij huisgemaakte frieten, salades en dagelijkse wraps volgens de verse producten van het moment. We hebben de naam veranderd door onze "Gourmande" touch toe te voegen omdat we van dinsdag tot vrijdag 's middags traditionele gastronomische gerechten aanbieden in onze kleine eetzaal met airconditioning en 20 zitplaatsen, met een menu dat regelmatig wordt vernieuwd op basis van verse en lokale producten en de inspiratie van Romain, een kok die al 15 jaar gepassioneerd is en erop gebrand is uw smaakpapillen te prikkelen.

Seguimos ofreciendo el servicio de snacking todas las noches de martes a domingo, con los inevitables kebabs, tacos y tenders, y para las novedades ofrecemos patatas fritas caseras, ensaladas y wraps diarios según los productos frescos del momento. Hemos cambiado el nombre añadiendo nuestro toque "Gourmande", ya que ofrecemos comida gourmet tradicional a la hora de comer, de martes a viernes en nuestro pequeño comedor climatizado de 20 plazas, con una carta que se renueva regularmente en función de los productos frescos y locales y de la inspiración de Romain, cocinero desde hace 15 años, apasionado por despertar sus papilas gustativas.

Continuiamo a offrire spuntini ogni sera dal martedì alla domenica, con gli immancabili kebab, tacos e tender, e per i nuovi prodotti offriamo patatine fritte fatte in casa, insalate e wraps giornalieri in base ai prodotti freschi del momento. Abbiamo cambiato il nome aggiungendo il nostro tocco "Gourmande", in quanto offriamo una cucina gourmet tradizionale all'ora di pranzo, dal martedì al venerdì, nella nostra piccola sala da pranzo climatizzata con 20 posti a sedere, con un menu regolarmente rinnovato basato su prodotti freschi e locali e sull'ispirazione di Romain, cuoco da 15 anni, che ha la passione di risvegliare le vostre papille gustative.
