The restaurant LE PIANO QUI FUME is ideally situated in the very heart of Dijon historical center, and you will be welcomed in a quiet and authentic atmosphere. The room was entirely redesigned in 2008 with a view to preserving the original 18th century stone wall and beams while offering modern comfort to our guests, including air conditionning. The décor reflects our cuisine, genuine and hearty, without bluff or fancy make-believe. Our cuisine is all based on the quality of the food we cook, most of which comes straight from the family garden. Hence the menus change with the seasons and are written with chalk on the slates on the walls, as in the good old times.
