We wanted to highlight the character of our mountains by inventing an authentic, austere and welcoming setting, while offering typical dishes, cooked with fresh and seasonal products like our grandmothers used to make. The idea behind the Cayolar was thus self-evident: good dishes of yesteryear, cheese, good wine and an open fire “Lo bonur tot simplement” (Pleasure quite simply)! So if you are a touch nostalgic, come and taste this wonderfully pleasant atmosphere.
