L'AGROLINETTE – Benqué-Molère

Face au Pic du Midi, le restaurant de l'Agrolinette vous accueille durant la période estivale.

Facing the Pic du Midi, the Agrolinette is a micro farm in polyculture which wishes to provide for the needs of the restaurant it hosts but also for its inhabitants. We produce on half a hectare vegetables, fruits, small fruits, eggs and soon wine, all in agroecology and biodynamics.

Der Chefkoch greift hauptsächlich auf das Gemüse des Bauernhofs zurück, das er selbst anbaut, um eine feine und einfallsreiche Küche zu kreieren. Ein Menü mit Vorspeise, Hauptgericht, Käse, Dessert und 3 Gläsern Wein, mit oder ohne Aperitif. Freie und bewusste Preisspanne zwischen 30 und 45 ?, damit jeder etwas für sich findet! Keine Kreditkarte, Zahlung per Scheck oder in bar.

De chef vertrouwt voornamelijk op de groenten die hij op zijn boerderij verbouwt om een fijne, inventieve keuken te creëren. Eén menu inclusief voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht, kaas, dessert en 3 glazen wijn, met of zonder aperitief. De prijzen variëren van 30 tot 45 euro, dus er is voor ieder wat wils! Geen creditcards, betaling per cheque of contant.

El chef se basa principalmente en las verduras que cultiva en su granja para crear una cocina fina e inventiva. Menú único que incluye entrante, plato principal, queso, postre y 3 copas de vino, con o sin aperitivo. Los precios oscilan entre 30 y 45 euros, ¡así que hay para todos los gustos! No se aceptan tarjetas de crédito, pago con cheque o en efectivo.
