La Magie des Sens – Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye

La maîtresse des lieux vous accueille dans un cadre rustique, maison longère typique très ancienne avec l'intérieur enduit en sable jaune ocre de Puisaye avec cheminées et poële à bois en hiver. Dès qu'il fait beau, le jardin est ouvert dans un cadre calme, fleuri et arboré, attenant à la poterie et l'accès au grand four couché. Pour mes plats, j'utilise majoritairement des produits locaux et frais ainsi que des arômates et épices que j'aime cultiver.

Sobald das Wetter schön ist, wird der Garten in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit Blumen und Bäumen geöffnet, der an die Töpferei und den Zugang zum großen liegenden Ofen angrenzt. Für meine Gerichte verwende ich überwiegend lokale und frische Produkte sowie Aromen und Gewürze, die ich gerne anbaue.

Per i miei piatti utilizzo soprattutto prodotti freschi locali e aromi e spezie che mi piace coltivare.
