La Cantina – Biarritz

Restaurant de Nuit. La Cantina est un " spot " un peu caché mais bien connu des noctambules, et pouvant se révéler diablement pratique en cas de fringale tardive. En effet, toute l'originalité du lieu est d'accueillir ses clients tous les soirs entre 22h et 3h du matin (voire de jouer légèrement les prolongations l'été). Idéal donc en sortant d'un spectacle à la Gare du Midi voisine, du cinéma (le Royal n'est pas loin non plus), ou d'une soirée un peu alcoolisée. Les plats sont simples, mais copieux et bons, les omelettes aux cèpes ou au fromage font mouche, l'assiette Cantina mêlant lomo, txistorra, oeuf frit et frites vous requinquera sérieusement, et vous redonnera éventuellement la force de poursuivre votre escapade nocturne. Vous pourrez ensuite déguster quelques riojas au coin du bar en parlant rugby avec le patron : ici, le Biarritz Olympique est roi ! et aussi l'Aviron Bayonnais.

Night Restaurant. La Cantina is a slightly hidden but well known "spot" for night owls, and can be devilishly practical in the event of late cravings. Indeed, all the originality of the place is to welcome its customers every evening between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. (even to play slightly the extensions in summer). Ideal therefore when leaving a show at the nearby Midi Station, the cinema (the Royal is not far either), or an evening a little alcoholic. The dishes are simple, but hearty and good, the omelets with porcini mushrooms or cheese are a hit, the Cantina plate mixing lomo, txistorra, fried egg and fries will seriously challenge you, and will eventually give you the strength to continue your night getaway. You can then taste some riojas around the bar while talking rugby with the boss.

Restaurant in der Nacht. La Cantina ist ein etwas versteckter, aber bei Nachtschwärmern wohlbekannter Ort, der sich bei spätem Hunger als äußerst praktisch erweisen kann. Die Originalität des Ortes besteht darin, dass er seine Gäste jeden Abend zwischen 22 Uhr und 3 Uhr morgens empfängt (im Sommer sogar etwas länger). Ideal also, wenn Sie gerade von einer Vorstellung im benachbarten Gare du Midi kommen, aus dem Kino (das Royal ist auch nicht weit entfernt) oder von einem etwas alkoholischen Abend. Die Gerichte sind einfach, aber reichlich und gut, die Omeletts mit Steinpilzen oder Käse sind ein Volltreffer, der Cantina-Teller mit einer Mischung aus Lomo, Txistorra, Spiegelei und Pommes frites wird Sie ernsthaft stärken und Ihnen eventuell die Kraft geben, Ihre nächtliche Eskapade fortzusetzen. Danach können Sie in der Ecke der Bar ein paar Riojas genießen und mit dem Wirt über Rugby rede

Restaurant de Nuit. La Cantina is een enigszins verborgen plek, maar wel bekend bij nachtbrakers, en kan duivels praktisch zijn als u een late snack wilt. De originaliteit van deze plek is namelijk dat het zijn klanten elke avond tussen 22.00 en 3.00 uur ontvangt (of zelfs iets langer in de zomer). Dit is ideaal na een voorstelling in het naburige Gare du Midi, de bioscoop (de Royal is ook niet ver weg), of een licht alcoholische avond. De gerechten zijn eenvoudig, maar overvloedig en goed, de omeletten met boleten of kaas zijn een hit, het Cantina bord dat lomo, txistorra, gebakken ei en frietjes mengt zal je serieus doen opleven, en je uiteindelijk de kracht geven om je avondje uit voort te zetten. U kunt dan in de hoek van de bar genieten van een paar riojas terwijl u met de eigenaar over rugby praat: hier is de Biarritz Olympique koning! en ook de Aviron Bayonnais.

Ristorante de Nuit. La Cantina è un luogo un po' nascosto, ma ben noto ai nottambuli, e può rivelarsi diabolicamente pratico in caso di spuntino notturno. Infatti, l'originalità del locale è che accoglie i suoi clienti ogni sera tra le 22 e le 3 del mattino (o anche un po' di più in estate). È l'ideale dopo uno spettacolo alla vicina Gare du Midi, il cinema (anche il Royal non è lontano) o una serata un po' alcolica. I piatti sono semplici, ma abbondanti e buoni, le omelette con porcini o formaggio sono un successo, il piatto della Cantina che mescola lomo, txistorra, uovo fritto e patatine fritte vi rinvigorirà seriamente, e alla fine vi darà la forza di continuare la vostra serata fuori. Si può poi gustare qualche riojas in un angolo del bar mentre si parla di rugby con il proprietario: qui il Biarritz Olympique è il re! e anche l'Aviron Bayonnais.
