Une cuisine traditionnelle, un plat du jour soigné à base de produits locaux : gigot d'agneau, soupes aux herbes sauvages, gratins et tartes salées, sa tarte aux myrtilles, ses crumbles… servis dans un cadre chaleureux et montagnard !

Traditional cuisine. The meal of the day is carefully cooked with local ingredients : lamb meat, wild foraging soups, gratins and savoury pies, the famous blueberry pie, crumbles… all of this in a welcoming and moutainy setting !

Eine traditionelle Küche, ein gepflegtes Tagesgericht aus lokalen Produkten: Lammkeule, Suppen mit Wildkräutern, Gratins und salzige Kuchen, Heidelbeerkuchen, Streuselkuchen… serviert in einem gemütlichen, bergischen Rahmen!

Traditionele keuken, zorgvuldig bereide dagschotels met lokale producten: lamsbout, soepen met wilde kruiden, gratins en hartige taartjes, bosbessentaart, crumbles? geserveerd in een warme, bergachtige omgeving!
