AS TRAITEUR Nôtre histoire débute il y a 8 ans, au moment où je décide de diriger la cuisine "STEFANELLI TRAITEUR". Au contact de ces artisans, je découvre alors un savoir-faire et une rigueur grâce.. Nous construisons ensemble un service traiteur avec des fabrications réalisées à partir de produits frais et sans conservateurs. Ce travail, encadré par un agrément européen, nous permet de proposer Salades, farcies, feuilletées au beurre, gratins, plats cuisinés… très vite le succès est au rendez-vous. Dans le même temps nous développons ensemble un Service traiteur à la carte avec de nombreuses réceptions spécialisées en buffet froid et/ou chaud. Stefanelli reste aujourd'hui notre partenaire exclusif même si désormais je peux continuer à grandir et me développer dans ma propre structure. Désormais retrouvez nos fabrications en rayon dans votre boucherie, une vraie rôtisserie traditionnelle tous les jours, mais aussi "les pizzas traiteur" faites par nos soins à partir du mercredi soir jusqu'au dimanche soir inclus. Que se soit la Pizzeria ou bien la Rôtisserie la livraisons à domicile est disponible du mardi au vendredi de 11h à 13h30 et du mercredi au dimanche et de 18h30 à 21h30. Vous pouvez toujours nous consulter pour toutes vos réceptions et demander un devis à la carte adapté à votre budget. AS PROCESSOR Our story begins 8 years ago, when I decide to run the kitchen "STEFANELLI TRAITEUR". Stefanelli is still our exclusive partner even though I can now continue to grow and develop within my own structure. From now on, you will find our products on the shelves in your butcher's shop, a real traditional rotisserie every day, but also the "delicatessen pizzas" made by us from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening included. Whether it is the Pizzeria or the Rotisserie home delivery is available from Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 1.30pm and from Wednesday to Sunday and from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. AS TRAITEUR Unsere Geschichte beginnt vor acht Jahren, als ich beschließe, die Küche "STEFANELLI TRAITEUR" zu leiten. Im Kontakt mit diesen Handwerkern entdecke ich dann ein Know-how und eine Strenge dank… Wir bauen gemeinsam einen Traiteur-Service auf, dessen Produkte aus frischen Zutaten und ohne Konservierungsstoffe hergestellt werden. Diese Arbeit, die durch eine europäische Zulassung geregelt ist, ermöglicht es uns, Salate, gefüllte, mit Butter gefüllte Blätterteigtaschen, Gratins und Fertiggerichte anzubieten… Sehr schnell stellt sich der Erfolg ein. Gleichzeitig entwickeln wir gemeinsam einen Cateringservice à la carte mit zahlreichen spezialisierten Empfängen in Form von kalten und/oder warmen Buffets. Stefanelli bleibt bis heute unser exklusiver Partner, auch wenn ich nun in meiner eigenen Struktur weiter wachsen und mich entwickeln kann. Von nun an finden Sie unsere Produkte in den Regalen Ihrer Metzgerei, jeden Tag einen echten traditionellen Braten, aber auch "die Feinkostpizzen", die von uns ab Mittwochabend bis einschließlich Sonntagabend hergestellt werden. Sowohl die Pizzeria als auch die Rôtisserie werden von Dienstag bis Freitag von 11:00 bis 13:30 Uhr und von Mittwoch bis Sonntag von 18:30 bis 21:30 Uhr zu Ihnen nach Hause geliefert. Sie können uns jederzeit für alle Ihre Empfänge konsultieren und einen auf Ihr Budget zugeschnittenen Kostenvoranschlag anfordern. ALS TRAITEUR Ons verhaal begon 8 jaar geleden, toen ik besloot de keuken "STEFANELLI TRAITEUR" te gaan runnen. In het contact met deze ambachtslieden ontdekte ik een knowhow en een nauwgezetheid dankzij hun ervaring. Samen bouwden we een cateringdienst op met producten van verse producten en zonder conserveringsmiddelen. Dit werk, onder toezicht van een Europese goedkeuring, stelt ons in staat om salades, gevulde, beboterde bladerdeeghapjes, gratins, gekookte gerechten… zeer snel het succes aan te bieden. Tegelijkertijd ontwikkelen wij een cateringdienst à la carte met talrijke recepties die gespecialiseerd zijn in koude en/of warme buffetten. Stefanelli blijft vandaag onze exclusieve partner, ook al kan ik nu verder groeien en ontwikkelen in mijn eigen structuur. Voortaan vindt u onze producten in de schappen van uw slagerij, elke dag een echte traditionele rotisserie, maar ook "cateringpizza's" door ons gemaakt van woensdagavond tot en met zondagavond. Of het nu gaat om de Pizzeria of de Rotisserie, thuisbezorging is mogelijk van dinsdag tot en met vrijdag van 11.00 tot 13.30 uur en van woensdag tot en met zondag van 18.30 tot 21.30 uur. U kunt ons altijd raadplegen voor al uw recepties en een offerte à la carte vragen, aangepast aan uw budget. COMO TRAIDOR Nuestra historia comenzó hace 8 años, cuando decidí dirigir la cocina "STEFANELLI TRAITEUR". En contacto con estos artesanos, descubrí un saber hacer y un rigor gracias a su experiencia. Juntos creamos un servicio de catering con productos elaborados con productos frescos y sin conservantes. Este trabajo, supervisado por una homologación europea, nos permite ofrecer ensaladas, rellenos, hojaldres con mantequilla, gratinados, platos cocinados… muy rápidamente el éxito está ahí. Al mismo tiempo, estamos desarrollando un servicio de catering a la carta con numerosas recepciones especializadas en bufés fríos y/o calientes. Stefanelli sigue siendo hoy nuestro socio exclusivo, aunque ahora puedo seguir creciendo y desarrollándome en mi propia estructura. A partir de ahora, podrá encontrar nuestros productos en los estantes de su carnicería, un verdadero asador tradicional todos los días, pero también "pizzas de catering" elaboradas por nosotros desde el miércoles por la noche hasta el domingo por la noche inclusive. Ya sea en la Pizzería o en el Asador, la entrega a domicilio está disponible de martes a viernes de 11 a 13.30 horas y de miércoles a domingo de 18.30 a 21.30 horas. Siempre puede consultarnos para todas sus recepciones y pedirnos un presupuesto a la carta adaptado a su presupuesto. COME TRAITEUR La nostra storia è iniziata 8 anni fa, quando ho deciso di gestire la cucina "STEFANELLI TRAITEUR". A contatto con questi artigiani, ho scoperto un know-how e un rigore dovuti alla loro esperienza. Insieme abbiamo costruito un servizio di catering con prodotti freschi e senza conservanti. Questo lavoro, supervisionato da un'approvazione europea, ci permette di offrire insalate, ripieni, sfogliatine al burro, gratin, piatti cucinati… molto rapidamente il successo è lì. Allo stesso tempo, stiamo sviluppando un servizio di catering à la carte con numerosi ricevimenti specializzati in buffet freddi e/o caldi. Stefanelli rimane oggi il nostro partner esclusivo, anche se ora posso continuare a crescere e svilupparmi nella mia struttura. D'ora in poi potrete trovare i nostri prodotti sugli scaffali della vostra macelleria, una vera e propria rosticceria tradizionale tutti i giorni, ma anche "pizze da catering" fatte da noi dal mercoledì sera alla domenica sera compresa. Che si tratti della Pizzeria o della Rosticceria, la consegna a domicilio è disponibile dal martedì al venerdì dalle 11.00 alle 13.30 e dal mercoledì alla domenica dalle 18.30 alle 21.30.
