Niché sous le restaurant Le Grand Cap mais toujours face à la Mer Méditerranée, le Bistrot Aphyllanthe tient son nom de cette petite fleur violette que l’on retrouve tout autour du Grand Cap, à l’image de la Cuisine qui y est proposée à savoir inscrite au cœur du Terroir Leucatois… Erwan et Pamela Houssin ont voulu avec le Bistrot Aphyllanthe explorer un autre pan de la Gastronomie mais toujours avec le soucis de la localité et du goût alors laissez-vous tenter par une formule ou une une planche à partager !

Nestling under the restaurant Le Grand Cap but still facing the Mediterranean Sea, the Bistrot Aphyllanthe takes its name from the little purple flower that can be found all around the Grand Cap, like the cuisine offered there, which is inscribed in the heart of the Terroir Leucatois.. Erwan and Pamela Houssin wanted to explore with the Bistrot Aphyllanthe another side of Gastronomy but always with the concern of the locality and the taste so let yourself be tempted by a formula or a board to share!

Das Bistrot Aphyllanthe liegt unterhalb des Restaurants Le Grand Cap, aber immer noch mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Sein Name stammt von der kleinen violetten Blume, die man rund um das Grand Cap findet, und spiegelt die Küche wider, die hier angeboten wird, nämlich die des Terroir Leucatois.. Erwan und Pamela Houssin wollten mit dem Bistrot Aphyllanthe einen anderen Teil der Gastronomie erkunden, aber immer mit dem Fokus auf Lokalität und Geschmack. De Bistrot Aphyllanthe, genesteld onder het restaurant Le Grand Cap en toch uitkijkend op de Middellandse Zee, ontleent zijn naam aan de kleine paarse bloem die overal in Le Grand Cap te vinden is, naar het beeld van de daar aangeboden keuken, die geworteld is in het hart van de Leucat-regio.. Erwan en Pamela Houssin wilden met de Bistrot Aphyllanthe een andere kant van de Gastronomie verkennen, maar altijd met het oog op plaats en smaak, dus laat u verleiden door een formule of een bord om te delen!
