Description
La formation Matières, Arts Somatiques – Accompagnement et Création s’adresse à toute personne souhaitant placer la dimension du corps vivant, conscient, en mouvement au cœur de sa démarche. Elle s’adresse notamment aux artistes, enseignants, professionnels de la santé, de l’accompagnement, de l’environnement désirant intégrer le champ de l’éducation somatique dans leur pratique.
La formation propose une certification en éducation somatique sur deux ans, et ouvre sur une perspective de professionnalisation en années 3 et 4.
Elle s’articule autour des thèmes de la création et de l’accompagnement, en offrant une pratique de présence, de relation et d’expression ancrée dans l’expérience incorporée des matières vivantes du corps, embodiment.

Elle allie depuis 2003 recherche artistique, démarche de transmission et d’accompagnement. Elle enseigne aujourd’hui dans les formations européennes certifiantes en BMC®, et fonde la formation Matières, Arts Somatiques en 2013.

The Matières, Arts Somatiques? Accompagnement et Création is for anyone wishing to place the dimension of the living, conscious, moving body at the heart of their approach. In particular, it is aimed at artists, teachers and professionals in the fields of health, support and the environment who wish to integrate the field of somatic education into their practice.
The course offers certification in somatic education over two years, and opens up the prospect of professionalization in years 3 and 4.
It focuses on the themes of creation and accompaniment, offering a practice of presence, relationship and expression rooted in the embodiment of the body?s living experience.
? Two-year Cycle 1, divided into eight 5- to 6-day modules These modules are part of a training cycle. Anne Expert is a practitioner, certified Body-Mind Centering® trainer and dancer. Her approach to movement is nourished by the improvisational practices and Contact Improvisation she teaches, her experience of the martial and energy arts, aikido and tai chi, and her sensitivity to embryology and biodynamic approaches. Since 2003, she has combined artistic research, transmission and accompaniment. Today, she teaches in European BMC® certification courses, and founded the Matières, Arts Somatiques training program in 2013.

Die Ausbildung Matières, Arts Somatiques ?
