Studio neuf avec extérieur de 50m2 sans vis à vis attenant à notre maison. Vous avez une place de parking sécurisée à l'intérieur. L'accès se fait par un portail automatique. Les clés du portillon et le badge du portail vous seront remis avec les clés du studio à votre arrivée. Si besoin, une arrivée autonome est possible grâce au dispositif de boîte à clé. Le studio M est climatisé (climatisation réversible assurant le chauffage l'hiver et la fraîcheur l'été). Il se compose : d'une partie cuisine avec plan de travail, table et chaises, totalement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (vaisselle, petit robot, four micro-onde/four, plaque vitrocéramique, cafetière à filtre, grille-pain, bouilloire…). D'une partie nuit dotée d'un vrai lit (matelas surmatelas à mémoire de forme) préparé pour votre arrivée avec 2 grands tiroirs pour vos rangements et une petite penderie. D'une salle d'eau attenante avec douche à l'italienne, lavabo, WC et fenêtre. Les draps de bain/serviettes sont fournis. L'eau du logement passe par un adoucisseur pour vous garantir une eau sans calcaire. La terrasse a une partie abritée du soleil et de la pluie, vous permettant de manger (et de fumer si besoin) à l'extérieur. Deux bains de soleil, une table et deux chaises ainsi qu'un barbecue ont été installés pour profiter des belles journées ensoleillées. Le logement est non fumeur. Le logement propose un accès wifi et la télévision connectée de 32 pouces (80 cm) capte toutes les chaînes de notre free box avec accès à Netflix.

The keys of the gate and the badge of the gate will be given to you with the keys of the studio at your arrival. If needed, an independent arrival is possible thanks to the key box device. The studio M is air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning ensuring the heating in winter and the freshness in summer). It is composed of: a kitchen area with a work surface, table and chairs, fully equipped with everything you need to cook (dishes, small food processor, microwave oven/oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle…). A sleeping area with a real bed (memory foam mattress) prepared for your arrival with 2 large drawers for your storage and a small closet. An adjoining shower room with Italian shower, sink, toilet and window. Sheets and towels are provided. The water in the house is softened by a water softener to guarantee a water without limestone. The terrace has a sun and rain protected area, allowing you to eat (and smoke if needed) outside. Two sunbeds, a table and two chairs and a barbecue have been installed to enjoy the sunny days. The accommodation is non-smoking. The accommodation offers wifi access and the 32 inch (80 cm) connected television receives all the channels of our free box with access to Netflix.

Neues Studio mit Außenbereich von 50m2 ohne Visavis, das an unser Haus angrenzt. Sie haben einen sicheren Parkplatz im Haus. Der Zugang erfolgt über ein automatisches Tor. Die Schlüssel für die Schranke und der Ausweis für das Tor werden Ihnen zusammen mit den Schlüsseln für das Studio bei Ihrer Ankunft ausgehändigt. Bei Bedarf ist eine selbstständige Anreise dank der Schlüsselboxvorrichtung möglich. Das Studio M ist klimatisiert (umkehrbare Klimaanlage, die im Winter heizt und im Sommer kühlt). Es besteht aus: einem Küchenbereich mit Arbeitsplatte, Tisch und Stühlen, der komplett mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man zum Kochen braucht (Geschirr, Küchenmaschine, Mikrowelle/Backofen, Glaskeramikkochfeld, Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher…). Ein Schlafbereich mit einem richtigen Bett (Matratzenauflage mit Formgedächtnis), das für Ihre Ankunft vorbereitet ist, mit 2 großen Schubladen und einem kleinen Kleiderschrank. Ein angrenzendes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Fenster. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Das Wasser in der Unterkunft wird durch einen Wasserenthärter geleitet, um Ihnen kalkfreies Wasser zu garantieren. Die Terrasse hat einen sonnen- und regengeschützten Teil, sodass Sie im Freien essen (und bei Bedarf rauchen) können. Zwei Sonnenliegen, ein Tisch und zwei Stühle sowie ein Grill wurden aufgestellt, damit Sie die schönen Sonnentage genießen können. Die Unterkunft ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Die Unterkunft bietet einen WLAN-Zugang und der 32-Zoll-Fernseher (80 cm) empfängt alle Kanäle unserer Freebox mit Zugang zu Netflix.

Studio M is voorzien van airconditioning (omkeerbare airconditioning voor verwarming in de winter en koeling in de zomer). Het bestaat uit: een keukengedeelte met een werkblad, tafel en stoelen, volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om te koken (servies, kleine keukenmachine, magnetron/oven, keramische kookplaat, filterkoffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, waterkoker, enz.) Een slaapgedeelte met een echt bed (matras met traagschuim) voorbereid op uw komst met 2 grote laden voor uw opslag en een kleine kleerkast. Een aangrenzende doucheruimte met Italiaanse douche, wastafel, WC en raam. Handdoeken en lakens zijn voorzien. Het water in het huis wordt behandeld met een waterontharder zodat het water vrij is van kalkaanslag. Het terras heeft een tegen zon en regen beschermd gedeelte, zodat u buiten kunt eten (en eventueel roken). Twee ligstoelen, een tafel en twee stoelen en een barbecue zijn geïnstalleerd om van de zonnige dagen te genieten. De accommodatie is rookvrij. De accommodatie beschikt over wifi en de 32 inch (80 cm) aangesloten tv heeft alle kanalen uit onze gratis box met toegang tot Netflix.

Las llaves del portón y la tarjeta de identificación para el portón le serán entregadas con las llaves del estudio a su llegada. En caso necesario, es posible una llegada independiente gracias al dispositivo de caja de llaves. El estudio M está climatizado (aire acondicionado reversible que proporciona calefacción en invierno y refrigeración en verano). Consta de: una zona de cocina con encimera, mesa y sillas, totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar (vajilla, pequeño robot de cocina, microondas/horno, vitrocerámica, cafetera de filtro, tostadora, hervidor de agua, etc.). Una zona de dormitorio con una cama de verdad (colchón con espuma viscoelástica) preparada para su llegada con 2 grandes cajones para su almacenaje y un pequeño armario. Un cuarto de baño contiguo con ducha italiana, lavabo, WC y ventana. Se proporcionan toallas y sábanas. El agua de la casa está tratada con un ablandador de agua para asegurar que el agua está libre de cal. La terraza tiene una zona protegida del sol y la lluvia, lo que permite comer (y fumar si es necesario) al aire libre. Se han instalado dos tumbonas, una mesa y dos sillas y una barbacoa para disfrutar de los días soleados. El alojamiento es para no fumadores. Le chiavi del cancello e il badge per il cancello vi saranno consegnati insieme alle chiavi dello studio al vostro arrivo. Se necessario, è possibile arrivare autonomamente grazie alla cassetta delle chiavi. Lo studio M è climatizzato (aria condizionata reversibile che fornisce riscaldamento in inverno e raffreddamento in estate). È composto da: una zona cucina con piano di lavoro, tavolo e sedie, completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare (stoviglie, piccolo robot da cucina, forno a microonde/forno, piano cottura in vetroceramica, macchina da caffè con filtro, tostapane, bollitore, ecc.) Una zona notte con un vero letto (materasso con memory foam) preparato per il vostro arrivo con 2 grandi cassetti per riporre i vostri oggetti e un piccolo armadio. Un bagno adiacente con doccia italiana, lavabo, WC e finestra. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono forniti. L'acqua della casa è trattata con un addolcitore per garantire l'assenza di calcare. La terrazza è protetta dal sole e dalla pioggia e consente di mangiare (e fumare, se necessario) all'aperto. Sono stati installati due lettini, un tavolo e due sedie e un barbecue per godersi le giornate di sole. L'alloggio è per non fumatori. L'alloggio è dotato di accesso wifi e la TV collegata da 32 pollici (80 cm) ha tutti i canali del nostro box gratuito con accesso a Netflix.
