Au rez-de-chaussée, le gîte est composé de : – une pièce de vie principale de type véranda avec de grandes baies vitrées coulissantes qui la rendent très lumineuse, un lit 2 personnes 160x200cm, fauteuils, table basse, poêle à bois (bois offert), petit espace repas, vue et accès direct à la terrasse privative. – une cuisine avec gazinière avec four, hotte, réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, cafetière à dosettes Dolce Gusto et second espace repas. Au 1er étage (accès via un escalier pentu pouvant être dangereux pour de jeunes enfants) : – salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne 80x100cm, vasque et porte-serviettes chauffant. – WC indépendant. Au 2ème étage (escalier pentu également) : mezzanine (hauteur sous plafond inférieure à 1,8m) avec un lit 2 personnes 140x190cm (possibilité de 2 couchages supplémentaires) et TV écran plat 90cm. Bel espace extérieur privatif avec terrasse ombragée de 33 m² avec salon de jardin, plancha gaz et spa 6 places, avec aromathérapie, luminothérapie et enceintes bluetooth connectées. In the countryside, facing the pond of Berre, 4 km from the nearest beach, the gite Sous les Tilleuls is next to the owners' house but without any vis-à-vis. On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of: – a main living room type porch with large sliding glass doors that make it very bright, a double bed 160x200cm, chairs, coffee table, wood stove (wood offered), small dining area, view and direct access to the private terrace. – a kitchen with gas stove with oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee pod and second dining area. 1st floor (access via a steep staircase which can be dangerous for young children) : – bathroom with walk-in shower 80x100cm, basin and heated towel rail. – Independent toilet. On the 2nd floor (steep staircase also) : mezzanine (ceiling height less than 1.8m) with a double bed 140x190cm (possibility of 2 additional beds) and flat screen TV 90cm. Beautiful private outdoor area with shaded terrace of 33 m² with garden furniture, gas plancha and spa 6 places, with aromatherapy, light therapy and bluetooth speakers connected. Garden 200 m². Shared washing machine freely available in the laundry room of the owners. Wifi. Electric heating on the floor and reversible air conditioning in the living room (included).
