The Gite has three beautiful bedrooms and can accommodate eight people very comfortably. Outside is a charming South facing courtyard and separated terrace. Ideal for a family or friends’ holiday, allowing you to spend a quiet stay in the countryside. The grounds are fully fenced and there is private secure off-road parking. There is a large Garden with an outdoor swimming pool which is open May through to October 1st, opening times are 11.00hr – 17.00hr (depending upon the weather) and a play area. Nearby, you can discover the valley of the monkeys, take a walk along the Charente or go Kayaking or Paddle boarding in the Charente River, Horse riding is available 3km away.

Ursprünglich wurde es 1891 erbaut und nun geschmackvoll renoviert, wobei der Charme der Steinwände und der Bodenbelag mit den originalen Holzbalken erhalten geblieben sind. Das Haus hat drei schöne Schlafzimmer und kann acht Personen sehr komfortabel unterbringen. Draußen gibt es einen charmanten südlich ausgerichteten Innenhof und eine separate Terrasse. Ideal für einen Familien- oder Freundesurlaub, der Ihnen einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in der Landschaft ermöglicht. Ideaal voor een vakantie met familie of vrienden, zodat je een rustig verblijf op het platteland kunt doorbrengen. Het terrein is volledig omheind en er is een eigen beveiligde parkeerplaats. Er is een grote tuin met een buitenzwembad dat open is van mei tot 1 oktober, openingstijden zijn 11.00hr – 17.00hr (afhankelijk van het weer) en een speeltuin. In de buurt kun je de vallei van de apen ontdekken, een wandeling maken langs de Charente of gaan kajakken of peddelen in de rivier de Charente. Paardrijden is mogelijk op 3 km afstand.

Los jardines están totalmente vallados y hay aparcamiento privado seguro fuera de la carretera. Hay un gran jardín con una piscina al aire libre que está abierto de mayo al 1 de octubre, los horarios de apertura son 11.00hr – 17.00hr (dependiendo del clima) y una zona de juegos. La Gite dispone di tre belle camere da letto e può ospitare comodamente otto persone. All'esterno si trova un grazioso cortile esposto a sud e una terrazza separata. Ideale per una vacanza in famiglia o con gli amici, permette di trascorrere un soggiorno tranquillo in campagna. Il terreno è completamente recintato e c'è un parcheggio privato custodito fuori strada. C'è un ampio giardino con una piscina all'aperto aperta da maggio al 1° ottobre, con orari di apertura dalle 11.00 alle 17.00 (a seconda del tempo) e un'area giochi. Nelle vicinanze è possibile scoprire la valle delle scimmie, fare una passeggiata lungo la Charente o andare in kayak o paddle boarding nel fiume Charente, mentre l'equitazione è disponibile a 3 km di distanza.
