La maison comprend trois niveaux. Au rez-de chaussée, elle est composée d'un premier salon avec télévision et canapé, un second salon pour le côté lecture et jeux de société, puis une grande cuisine avec ses grandes baies vitrées avec vue sur le jardin, buanderie (lave-linge à disposition). Au premier étage, vous trouverez deux grandes chambres avec salle de bain privative et lit 140 / 190 et toilettes, enfin au second étage, deux chambres dotées de lit double chacune 140 / 190, et d'une salle de bain partagée. Le wifi et une connexion ethernet, via la fibre sont accessibles à tous les étages. Il est prévu lit parapluie et chaise haute pour vous faciliter vos déplacements. Pour vous simplifier votre séjour, je vous propose gracieusement le café, chocolat et thé, pour votre petit-déjeuner ainsi que les condiments pour vos repas. It's located in a very quiet area of La Flèche, close to the Prytanée Militaire, the town center and 10 minutes from the Zoo. The house has three levels. On the ground floor, there's a first living room with TV and sofa, a second living room for reading and board games, then a large kitchen with bay windows overlooking the garden, laundry room (washing machine available). On the second floor, you'll find two large bedrooms with private bathrooms and 140/190 beds and toilets, and on the second floor, two bedrooms with 140/190 double beds and shared bathrooms. Wifi and ethernet connections are available on all floors. An umbrella bed and high chair are provided for your convenience. To make your stay as easy as possible, we provide complimentary coffee, chocolate and tea for your breakfast, as well as condiments for your meals. Please note: beds will be made up on arrival and towels are provided. Dishcloths, cleaning products and dishwasher tablets are also included in the rental price. A large garage is available for two-wheelers, baby carriages, tricycles and quads. To validate the reservation, we require an insurance certificate to accompany the rental contract.
